What would you do if the Rock God you've lusted over for years suddenly showed up at your doorstep . . . and wanted you just as badly? Libby Hill, a classically trained dancer whose dreams were dashed by chronic knee pain, runs a quaint coffee shop, The Bean, in Las Vegas. Although her days are filled with the aromas of Irish Cream and rich Columbian, her nights are filled with something much different-Libby is a dancer at the infamous Tommy Rocker's, a local topless strip club. On stage, she transforms into the seductive and ever-confident Firefly, dancing for and teasing the men transfixed by her presence. Desmond Carlisle is in Vegas for a week, desperate to get away from the daily pressures of his shattered home life and rock-star celebrity. He's keeping his presence in the city low key, deciding to avoid all the hot spots, and instead frequenting quiet venues and cafés, like The Bean. He needs a distraction, and he's hoping one just might come his way in the form of a delicious topless dancer with his band's logo tattooed on the small of her back.
Madison Night has fiddled with the written word for years—be it in song, story, or poem. A high school creative writing class piqued her interest in storytelling, and she’s been writing ever since.
Madison’s works have always included a romantic element, but recently she’s found her niche in the world of hot, steamy, sensual erotic romance. Some have called her stories romantic mysteries, others call them real life sex on a page, and still others call them everything in between. To her, though, writing was simply a chance to pour heart and soul into words, bringing life to the not-so-innocent thoughts in her head, and getting the heart pumping a wee bit faster in the process.
A devoted mother of one human child and two fuzzy puppy children, Madison currently resides in Toronto, Ontario. In her spare time she sings and writes music, dabbles with interior decorating, and has a blast chasing her son around the house.
I received a copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads! Quick, hot, steamy read! Desmond Carlisle is the lead singer in a famous band and is in Vegas for a break. He wants to fly under the radar and spends his time visiting little mom-and-pop places and avoiding the strip. One of the places he visits it’s The Bean, a small coffee shop owned by Libby Hill. Libby moved to Vegas to be a dancer but after an injury ruined that career she opened her coffee shop. Libby has a big secret though, at night she dances in disguise at the local strip club. Des winds up at that strip club and spots Libby’s tattoo dedicated to his band and has to have a closer look. Things heat up really quickly and Libby’s secrets are on the verge of being revealed. Super steamy read. I really enjoyed it, it has a great flow and I devoured it in one sitting. I’ll definitely be looking for future books from Madison Night.

This is a very short but fun story - but a lovely fantasy lived out. It also promises of more, which is a good place to end. Anonymity and the freedom that releases is used in good measure by Libby, and nets her the man of her dreams ... but how do you recapture reality and keep the dream?
Libby Hill moved to Las Vegas to make her mark as a classically trained dancer. After her dreams were squashed by a knee injury, she owns and operates a coffee house by day and dances for a local strip club at night. Noone knows Firefly at the club is actually Libby. She wears a mask and wig to ensure her privacy.
Desmond Carlisle, rock star, comes to Las Vegas to get away from the pressures of being in a rock band. He happens into the coffee shop looking for quiet and away from prying eyes, for a coffee. When Libby sees him, she kinda freaks out since she's had a crush on him for what seems like forever. Looking again for obscure clubs at night, the concierge recommends the local strip club, and Firefly's single show at midnight. He is instantly drawn to her and when a glimpse of her back tattoo is his band's logo, he must meet her.
What a sizzling story! Talk about chemistry! It leapt off the pages! Both are instantly taken with each other and their sexy scenes are super hot! Madison Night wrote an incredibly spicy, romantic story. I loved both characters and how things unfolded for them. With this being a short story, it is perfect to unwind while in-between longer novels or for a quick read by the pool on vacation! Highly recommend!

I was gifted a copy of this book by the Jeep Diva for the express purpose of an honest review. The rating and review are solely my opinion and in no way was I compensated.
Des can be a force when he wants to be, “well, Libby,” he said from behind her, his voice dripping with sarcasm, “I want you to come out and help me. And we all know I get what I want. And I want you.” This was a seriously very quick read but I enjoyed it, I loved Des the man goes after what he wants.
There is the dreaded insta-love but it’s sort of insta-lust.I think what makes this book worth reading are the characters. They do have great depth. FULL REVIEW: http://thetbrpile.weebly.com/reviews/...
