I loved this book! You really get a great picture of each characters personalities and physical appearance! The brother was probably my personal fave ;) I loved that each chapter was a different character it really kept the story going and seeing different points of view of what was happening! I can’t wait for her next book!
Usually I read authors I am familiar with. However, I thought I'd give this new author a shot.......and I love the way she writes! The story has very relatable characters. Every chapter is about a specific character, which makes it easier to keep track of each one. There were so many twists, I couldn't predict the old "who dun it" - which made the book even better!!! She tied up all loose ends masterfully. This book kept me enthralled the entire time!!! I am anxiously awaiting another book by Noelle Powers♡
This was this author's first novel and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Each chapter is written from the vantage point of a different character (usually in 3rd person, with the exception of Sam, the main female character, which was written in 1st person). I like that writing style as it allows the reader into the mind of each character, while keeping each chapter fairly short. Noelle keeps you thinking throughout the entire novel...right up to the last few pages. It's a great whodunit and I am sincerely hoping that there is another novel in the works.
Loved it! Definitely a page turner, a lot of things happening at once. I loved how the author named the chapters after the characters. I also liked that the chapters weren’t too long, allowing you frequent stopping points if need be. It’s a mystery with a conclusion you don’t see coming. This is the quickest I’ve ever finished a book, highly recommend!
This author is exceptional at writing authentic and relatable characters. This mystery kept me guessing right up until the end! I can't wait to read her next work!
