This book talks about the physical clutter as well as the mental clutter of one's life. The mind and the environment. come hand to hand. If it is physical clutter to take the time to clean it. If it is mental clutter to figure out what is causing it. To write it down and to analyze it. There is work book in the back of the book. This book also preached about selfcare. and ways to incorporate it into your life.

If I ever go through some difficulty I will go back and read this book again. It gets a very good rating.

I wasn’t able to finish this book. It has some good points in it, but it is not personalized, no relatable stories. Much of it is lists of things we should or shouldn’t do, but without a story to reinforce it the point is forgotten as soon as she reads the next one. There are a lot of better Decluttering books out there, but if you want a quick overview than this will give you that.
