Kirkus Reviews calls DIVISIBLE THE SECOND GHOST "Another intelligent and exciting superpowered thriller."
"Seaborne, a former flight instructor and charter pilot, delivers a solid, well-written tale that taps into the near-universal dream of personal flight. Seaborne makes the other thing integral to the plot in a way that never feels gimmicky, and three novels in, the protagonist is still discovering new and intriguing aspects of his gift. Will’s narrative is engaging and crisp, clearly explaining technical matters while never losing sight of human, emotional concerns…The plot moves along briskly and has a satisfying conclusion." - Kirkus Reviews

finished 28th august 2025 good read four stars i really liked it kindle library loaner second from seaborne howard and second in the series...best i can tell. seems like it. excellent entertaining story about a pilot who survived a plane crash in the first story and to discover he is now able to fly...without plane or jetpack. he's also invisible..."divisible" came in the first story from a young character who saw him and then didn't. a kind of superhero. the divisible man. imagine the possibilities. i have another open and ready to go...what i think is the third in the series. and this is only review #5 for something available since 2018. readers are missing out. i recommend it. well worth a read.
Will Stewart and his police-officer wife, Andy, are being drawn into a new criminal investigation in this third book in the Divisible Man series. Now it starts out with child pornography but evolves into a much larger scheme involving extortion and human trafficking. Will has to pull out his unusual ability to turn invisible and defy gravity to thwart evil villains and save the innocent. But how long can he keep his abilities secret? This is another fast-paced thriller with a hint of humor. The books are hard to put down. I just wish the language were better.
The Greatest American Hero is still figuring out how to use his newly found powers, and bumbling along like his namesake from the early 1980s TV show. The author keeps things moving along, and tries a lot harder in this one to make the story a mystery. Also, there were multiple times when it seemed as though the book could come to conclusion, but then the author took us down alternate paths, continuing the pull of the mystery with different intriguing threads. This was by far the best story so far in the saga of our hero and his cop wife.
