3½ stars. I was really liking it. I enjoyed seeing the history of Madiath Mesa and Akari Yachigusa (Sakura Amagiri). I did like learning a bit more about Haruka as well.
But then all the crap about getting Ayato into the Festa just really rubbed me the wrong way. I get there is something bigger going on, but I was enjoying seeing it develop without his being in a Festa. Alas, guess it wasn't to be.
On the whole though -- a decent volume for building what looks to be the final arc of the story.
Verdict: A worthy entry, even if it too a turn I didn't wholly care for.
One of the best volumes of the series. A lot of revelations and foreshadowing for future events in the Lindvolus. I haven't been that hyped for what is coming next until now, which is why I am pleasantly surprised. I hope that this pacing continues for the remaining of this arc (which seems to be closer and closer to the "end").
