هذا الكتاب بالنسبة لي ليس مجرد علاج لانفصالك او طلاقك او أيا كان ، بل دليل لمساعدتك على حب ذاتك واحترامها وتقديرها. وأيضا دليل لعلاقاتك والكاتبة متعمقه كثير ،واهم فكره وصلتني منه كيف تكوني انسانه متوازنه محبه لذاتك وتوصلي للإنسان الصح واللي يستحقك ويقدرك ويحطك بعيونه وفوق راسه.

-الشريك المناسب
يساعدك على الشعور بالحماس في الحياة واحتمالاتها اللامتناهية
وسيفعل أفضل ما في وسعه لمساعدتك على تحقيق أهدافك . كما يبذل قصارى جهده ليرضيك ويمكنه القيام بأي شيئ ليزيل كل ما يسبب لك التوتر في محيطك ، وسيعمل جاهداً لتأمين حاجياتك .


- تخطي التفاصيل فهي لم تعد تعني شيئاً وكل ما تقوم به هو نبش مشاعرك غير المرغوب فيها . ما من علاقة مثالية لذا فالتفكير بأن كل شيئ يجب أن يمشي في المسار الصحيح هي طريقة تفكير خاطئة .

- عندما تكونين في علاقة لا تتصرفي على غير سجيتك . وإن أغلب النساء اللواتي يقمن بهذا الأمر لا يستطعن إدراك أن حبيبهن التقى بهن وأحبهن لشخصهن ( أو على الأقل أنهن كذلك ) .
إنّ إدعاء شخصية مغايرة لشخصيتك الحقيقية لديه أعراض سلبية على ثقتك بنفسك ، بالإضافة إلى علاقتك مع عائلتك وأصدقائك .
عليك الحفاظ دائماً / على مصالحك خارج إطار علاقتكما والاستمرار في تطوير نفسك كشخص له كيانه الخاص

I think this book is a great book to help read to encourage and inspire you after a heart break. It is definitely empowering, and I especially learned a lot about what to look for in a man in a future healthy relationship. I took 1 star away, only because I wish she quoted the Bible more. Especially since she’s Christian. Sometimes it felt like she was sharing her opinion instead of the word. But overall it was a great read. And I give props to her for what she’s overcome. 4 out of 5 stars!
