this book was fine for what it was. a lot of common sense tips and advice. like write things down, go through the alphabet to remember a name. when you meet someone say their name back then and associate their name with something that means something to you. fet organized. drink less. be less stressed. nothing mind blowing. just a lot of common sense. and a lot of repeating itself. which is maybe good for people who can't remember.

I have to say I was a bit disappointed. The book doesn’t have many new value. We can easily find those information in all other brain’s books. The strengths are creative decoration, some facts and summarized datas. A brief book for whoever wants general knowledge about memory
