I've worked nights for almost a decade and only a couple of the tips were new to me. Wish there was more info directed to 12 hr night shifts instead of 8 hrs which I rarely do.

Great book with great tips and satatistics for night shift workers! Very helpful for my husband as he’s on a rotating call shift as an airline pilot. Thank you Dr. Frei!
