In this short "Beauty and the Beast" retelling, the alluring Rosabella meets the invisible Leandro and strikes up an unlikely friendship. They must both overcome their insecurities to become friends, but can they overcome their differences to become more?
Only very subtle in its similarities to Beauty and the Beast. I love gruff loner stories, especially when paired with invisibility as it is in this case. Leandro even has a bit of a sarcastic side, which makes for a lighter tone. I liked the endearing element of a ribbon as a traditional token of intention to woo, and the characters' internal thoughts were well done. Definitely worth a read!
