I went through all three Alfred Adult All-in-Ones over the past couple years. The first two were very good, I thought. The third one is a fucking mess. Once you're at this point you should probably know the scales so most of the theory was unnecessary. The music selection was terrible. And most egregious of all, Willard A. Palmer is a terrible composer and kept putting his music in the book. Skip it and work on music you actually like at this point. Not a fan.

To be honest I have skipped a lot of this book because at this stage it wasn't really teaching me anything new.

The 'Ambitous' pieces at the end are excellent though and will be something to work on for some time. However besides that, if you have completed level 2 you could probably not bother with level 3 and find another book more suitable to your current skill / knowledge level.
