Although an English title, this fun book is in Dutch for the moment. It's a narrative about a company called Keytoe, that went from fairly traditional to complete ridiculous in terms of the organizational culture. Think of unlimited holidays, no managers, no written rules, colleagues that determine each others salary, hire each other and fire each other, full transparency and so on. Now, Keytoe is one of those companies that people know as a self-organizing company. But the road to this place wasn't all great. In fact we faced all kinds of problems. And other organizations that are trying self-management experience a lot of the same.

So in this book you'll read about our philosophy on organizations as well as all the 99 problems that we faced in the transition to a new kind of organization.

Lennard schrijft een heerlijk no-nonsense boek over experimenteren met organiseren. We nemen onszelf inderdaad te serieus, en proberen kan overal. Voor iedereen die benieuwd is naar hoe het ook kan, lees dit boek!
