4/24/24 the second third imo had finally character and relationship development between our leads.
I liked the complexity of the plot, and relationship.
Also how ML and his cousin were irreconcilable yet not. They understand each other and have such a complicated relationship.
Still not exactly a good place between ML and FL by the end of this arc but they were finally getting there.
I can definitely see why this novel was adapted to a drama. So much interesting stuff going on.

C58 oh damn these people play deep games WY’s concubine Lan was actually sent to him deliberately. And … I think this was his first meeting with his dad?!
Awww fuck stupid concubine Lan creating problems. Definitely didn’t expect ML to learn about the painting so soon
C63 Ugh I’m big mad SuEHuang(SEH) popped up this cunt. ML better not go to her or get with her 😡 and her nephew is a shitty ass cheater too
But yay FL’s brother winning the competition! Hopefully he isn’t hurt badly

C66 I hope the grandma finds out the mom spilled the beans about cousin cuz the mom needs to be eliminated
