Love: The Heart of Islamic Spirituality

Rate this book
In my view, it is possible to summarise the core of Islamic spirituality in two first to be attentive and mindful of God whole-heartedly while establishing a close relation with Him based on love; and, second, loving and serving His people.

Not easy to find a book or a lecture or a series that truly encompasses the meaning of love & ishq in such a divine way. A way in which the most beloved book; Quran; and the beautiful hadiths and duas we’ve been reading since young, finally intertwine and make sense. Whether it be read by a 16 year old or a 70 year old, the message is one. a recommend for all
