A realistic and engaging plan for losing weight

There is absolutely nothing in this book that isn't achievable for anyone. No crazy eating patterns, no weird exercises, just step by step daily check boxes to make real gains. I've lost weight and feel great knowing that I have the tools to make sure that food doesn't rule my life.
This book is backed by real life results and the science behind it is solid, but it reads like a conversation with a friend who cares about you living your best life. Buy the book. Try the steps. Pass it on to someone you care about

The Book Title Makes It Clrar

This book is excellent. It delves into people’s relationship with food, portion sizes, America’s food culture, and lack of activity. It keeps things simple. The instructions on what you need to do to lose weight are clear. The book includes things want to eat while losing weight. You can do it.

Eye opener!

This book really opened my eyes! Normally i can’t get into this type of book but trainer Jo tells it like it is!! I needed to hear that! I’m already Down 5 pounds and I am not starving.

Transformational

I not only read this book but did the program. It works. You just have to stop eating the foods that cause weight gain all the time. Give it a try.
