Life has changed once again for Emma and Ethan as they settle into their new town of Hill Top. Adventure is right around the corner, and with Taffy, Emma's adorable English Cream Golden Retriever, in the mix, there's never a dull moment. But when the cake contest lures Emma to church, she's flooded with memories of a tragic event and the bitterness it left.

Ups and downs and twists and turns fill the pages of Finding Change until Aunt Nicole visits, bringing Emma face-to-face with the biggest decision yet.

I greatly enjoyed this book and the start to Sarah Maxwell's new series. It's so different than the Moody books (though there are some similarities), and I'm already looking forward to the next book.
Emma is a delightful main character. Her struggles, her joys, and her love of her dog are all portrayed in a wonderful way.
And Ethan is just great! He loves books and playing games. How can you not like a boy like that?
The entire town of Hill Top sounds so darling that I really want to go visit! And stay in the bed and breakfast.

I would recommend this book to any one of any age.
Now I just need the next book.
