This book synthesizes the advanced knowledge in modern leadership science with leadership examples of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and the history of the generation of the Companions. The approach taken is to start with a known modern leadership reference model that is well documented. It then collected and collated evidences from Hadith (a collection of traditions containing sayings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW)) and Seerah (the life, history, behavior and habits of Prophet Muhammad (SAW)) based upon the classifications of the model. It helps to make the readers to become better leaders to help them personally and to help them provide much better leadership for the Muslim community.

Very informative book, it seeks leadership of Muhammad (SAW) which embodies the leadership qualities / traits understood through research,

However, for me the book comes short in projecting the leadership qualities and standards that are associated to Prophet in Managing the divine, State and personal affairs.

An excellent book on leadership, the way leadership should view beyond his own benefits and keeping fear of creator over any other fear. The profit for a believer is his good deeds which have helped other humans.
All humans are children of Adam which makes humans equal in all specialties no one is superior from other excepts based on their good deeds. The book has also mentioned examples from the life of Prophet Muhammad SAW how he changed the ideology of ignorants.
Story of Bilal (Black Prestigious Muslim) and Salman al Farsi (Persian Prestigious Muslim) explain the diversity and leadership transformation is not for a region or tribe, the leadership is to change the reflection and perceive better human being.
The Hallmark of Leadership Prophet Muhammad SAW life is a roadmap and framework to be the best human.
