Their property manager is a creep. The plumbing is barely up to code. Their next door neighbors are a very loud horny couple and a bodybuilding painter with bad digestion. The maintenance dude has just turned up dead in what appears to be a freak bathroom accident. About the author

Jesse Gordon currently resides in southern California, though he has lived in places all over the United States, and has collected more than his fair share of stories over the years. As an author, his career began in the fourth grade (read: a binder full of Star Trek vignettes). Since then he has written over 40 short stories, novelettes, and novellas. His novels include Time Chaser, The Knack, Stories from the Steel Garden, and Heroes' Day. He has also compiled a pair of anthologies: The Midnight Recollections and The Reformed Citizen. More recently, he has turned to screenwriting. Two of his scripts are being produced by Pulsar Pictures: Node, and The Oatmeal Man. In addition to his short fiction, novel, and screenplay work, Jesse also runs an absurdist humor webserial called SuperMegaNet, the first two volumes of which are now in print.

Wow, this was a fun one. It's like Jesse watched a bunch of Troma movies and said "Hey, I can put this in book form." It has tons of poop, two main characters that vacillate between charming and annoying, creepy landlords, and a cute love interest that seems to like the main character because he was just there.

This is the perfect late-night-I-want-to-read-something-mindless-and-be-grossed-out books. I loved almost every second of this, despite the extremely gross descriptions of poop getting shoved into people's mouths.

I promise you'll have a great time with this one.
