Alas, I'm so far behind on entering books for the 2019 challenge (only 1 as of this writing but 23 read) so I'm going to be much briefer than I normally am. I love to go on but no time until I'm more caught up so I'm going to do bullet points
New to me author
Will definitely be reading more of her books
Hero is a hockey player - let's here if for hockey player hero, my favourite sport to have a hero play.
Brody is NOTHING like his brother, Corrine's ex but it takes her a while to give him a chance.
Not normally a fan of babies in books but a single dad who wants to do best for his son makes me melt and Brody is meltable.
Corrine a bit harder to warm up to - but then she's been burned badly.
Happy to give this one a recommendation!!

Corinne has no interest in men after being burned so badly by her ex when he cheated on her. Talked into a dating app, she barely looks at the messages that she gets on there until one sparks her interest. Working as an assistant to an attorney, she runs into her ex's brother Brody. He hires her boss to help him with his custody case. Attraction sparks but Corinne has no desire to let him stomp all over her heart no matter how cute she thinks his son is. Brody knows how much Corinne was hurt but he is nothing like his brother and he is determined to prove it to her. Will Corinne take a chance on Brody in real life or the man from the app?
I honestly have had a hard time lately summing up books because they are unique and words fail me. I basically want to stop people on the street, grab their shoulders and shout, "You gotta read this book, it was sooo good!". I absolutely adored Single Daddy.com in every way! Ms Kincaid is a new author that has several books under her belt and I have read her from the beginning. I can wholeheartedly say that this was her best book yet! The connection between Corinne and Brody practically sizzles with heat. These two are meant to be together! Brody was an awesome guy, quite the beta hero which definitely stands out. He is so strong and sweet and lordy just an outright fox! Corinne is quite prickly at first but she comes around quickly. 6 stars for Single Daddy.com!

Another amazing story by Cass Kincaid absolutely loved this book.
Corinne (Cori) Hasting still hasn't recovered from being cheated on two years ago by her longtime boyfriend Jackson Marsh with her bestfriend. Her sister Alice talked her into signing up for an online dating site called LookingForLove.Com. Unfortunately after three months the only things the guys she has met or sent her messages seem to be looking for is fun or sex definitely NOT love! That is until finally one catches her eye and possibly her heart.
Corinne works for Barrett Law firm and is Arnold Barrett assistant. Then in walks Brody Marsh her ex-boyfriends brother to see her boss. He hires her boss to take on his custody case which puts her and Brody working together. The sexual tension is thick between them, even though she is determined to hate Brody because he is related to her ex Jackson she is finding it harder to actually hate him.
Will she open her heart up to Brody or to her new stranger online that caught her eye?

Brody and Corinne's story was a fun and interesting take on the modern day romance by Cass Kincaid.
I loved an "enemies" to lovers story, and the fact that the two of them "met" on a dating website was definitely an interesting twist that I loved in the story. I definitely know firsthand how frustrating and defeating it can feel being on a dating app, add past hurt into the mix, and that can make a person doubt those sites even more.
This book was a ton of fun to read and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Cass Kincaid is, as always, a must read for me and cannot wait to see what she's got in store next.

Decent short read.
Corinne couldn’t believe her eyes, seeing Brody Marsh walking into the law office she worked at. It had been years since she saw him, but there was no denying he gorgeous man was her ex boyfriend’s older brother. And now he’s back in her life and he won’t let her forget it. Just because his brother was a jerk doesn’t mean he’s one too, especially considering she’s supposed to be helping him gain custody of his baby. Can she give herself to another Marsh? Or will they just be destined to be people who once knew each other.
Liked this story though it could have been longer imo.

I enjoyed the idea of them flirting online, not knowing the true identity of each other. Brody's devotion to his son was really sweet and Corinne's easy acceptance of Spence was equally as sweet. I liked both Brody and Corinne and enjoyed the easy, witty banter they shared.
I love a good single dad's story. I wish this one has been longer.

This was a great read. I was really looking forward to reading it and it didn’t disappoint. This was my first by this author and it was a great introduction.
It was well written and had all the feels, I loved how Brody loved his son so much he was willing to totally open himself up to his brothers ex to get help.

Cute novella
The heroine is super annoying though. To the point she becomes a distraction. There isn't a whole lot of smut in this book, so if you're looking for a steamy hockey romance, this isn't it. I can't get over the immaturity of Corrine. Her character alone is enough for me NOT to recommend this novella

Very well written super quick read. So much story in such a small amount of time with all the feels. This may be my favorite read by Cass. I fell in love with these two from the very start. Perfect bedtime story for anyone!!

Sweet romance that felt a little rushed during the second half. I really enjoyed the characters of Corinne and Brody and liked that they had a past that allowed them to be familiar with each other from the start. I would have loved to see more interactions with Brody’s son Spencer, as Brody’s commitment to his son was one of the most endearing things about him. The use of a dating site added a layer to the story that kept me as the reader on the edge of my seat, waiting to see what would happen if/when they found out they had been unknowingly talking to each other.
