When Elizabeth watched Fitzwilliam Darcy storm from the ballroom the night of the Netherfield ball, she never expected him to leave for good... and she never expected to long for his return.
In this next and final installment of the Seduction Series, Elizabeth must confront her feelings about the sensual and proud Mr. Darcy. Her feelings have altered significantly, but have her multiple rejections turned him away forever? And if he does remain devoted to her, can marital happiness originate from base desires rather than true understanding?
Darcy is willing to put up with any indignity for the chance to have Elizabeth within his arms again. And though he fears her rejection, he returns to Hertfordshire to find out if there is any hope left for him. He plans to use any tool in his arsenal to win her back into his bed -- and him into her heart.
But their prior indiscretions may have come back to haunt them. Can Darcy ensure their secret indiscretions remain a secret? Or will they be torn apart by the passion that brought them together?
This is the final installment of the Seduction Series. It is approximately 25,000 words and contains steamy scenes that require smelling salts for those of a sensitive nature.
After Darcy left Netherfield for Pemberley, Elizabeth is a mess. She‘s not herself anymore. Few days before B&J‘s wedding he comes back but it isn‘t all rosy at first. It takes them a while to get there.
Elizabeth still can‘t believe Darcy if it‘s really love or desire on his side, with an excuse which is laughable.. 🙈. But, there is also one thread trying to tear them apart. Did the person succed? It‘s on you to find out. 😁
I liked how perfect she captured the messy Elizabeth, and the embarrased, etc. Developped Lovestory is also good. She finally opens up but in some manner is still clueless and wanted to sl*p her.. Argh.. Unfortunately only one real sex scene between them in Book 3. (I love steamy book. Sorry)
-Mature Content -Angsty -Quick Read ( 71 pages) -Third Person Point of View (Elizabeth and Darcy)
This had the most plot oddly. A lot of drama. The lovers reconcile after a long winter and get to know each other once again... in a carriage. Mr Hurst is the bad guy of this version and has a dastardly plan formed from a mistaken idea. Lizzie finally accepts Darcy, but there is danger and intrigue before they can unite! Will Darcy save the day...?
Nicely written and I like the end a lot.
I love the final bedroom scene between Liz and will as they eat their way through pemberley’s larder between bouts of devouring each other. A very human scene.
A good amusing jaunt across the three books! Enjoyed!!!!

Not the Ending I Remember But I'm Not Complaining - I'll admit that it's been a couple of decades since I read Jane's classic works but this was not the ending I remember. Please, do not mistake this for criticism as this ending would have captured my attention. The intimate details were a little light but enough provided to set the imagination flying. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
