"You are something born of flame, stardust and water”
You have endured in your life. In living, you an example of a remarkable the ability to exist. The endurance of life is truly astonishing. But 'life' is far more than your heartbeat, blood or breath. Your endurance is every moment; every sound you've ever made and every exasperated sigh or step forwards. Every time you have ever questioned yourself; every broken heart you’ve held; every second you have wished for a new beginning or an end and in every tear that you've you have endured.
This twenty poem collection is a reminder that you are too great to willingly take part in something painful. You have every power, and every right, to say no – whatever that means to you. I would hope, that after reading this, you understand your worth is far more than opinions of you. I hope, that in reading this poetry collection, you understand that you are not alone in the difficulty of it all.
You have endured so much. It is time someone recognised it.
