Wasn't sure how to rate this because I liked it, but at the same time, I didn't??

I wasn't fond of the way Draco was portrayed. Like it was fine, but he was a little too nice. Like this is Draco we r talking about. And also for the first half of the fic, at least, they didn't have like any interactions. It was mainly just Draco sending him stuff

One star short only because the interactions between harry and draco were a bit too mushy? for my liking or for it to qualify as canon in an alternate universe. Perhaps mushy isn't the world but well if you read the fic you'll probably be able to read between the lines of what I mean :") Apart from that, this fic was sheer perfection. The perfect blend of humour, angst, fluff and romance here made my drarry heart so happy! I don't usually prefer the 'magical creature AU' trope simply because the ones I've read before this one have sort of a creatureXmate status which dictates their relationship. This unsettles me because falling in love is something that should come around naturally. This fic is an exception though, and you'll see why.

Brill. Extremely cute story. Quite too girly and unrealistic but it was fun nevertheless. Interesting approach to depression and PTSD - looks naïve but maybe it's the right way, I wouldn't know. It was not as silly as the title would suggest. I liked the first half more - with all the struggle and doubt and Harry in Draco eyes reminded me of the way John described Sherlock. All the sexy bits, later on, were really good too. Fun ride. Fiona is like my cat which made laugh out loud with other absurd things that came to my mind reading this to happen at the very next page or even line, witchcraft it is, made me roll with laughter. Well done.

4.39 stars 🌟. This was such a cute fluffy fic that I liked more than I thought I would :).

To start off, Draco acts nothing like how Draco usually acts which normally rubs me the wrong way but it didn’t in this fic, as I imagined him as a different person ish (more like a different version of himself) because in this fic he is part Veela/has Veela traits.

Draco and Harry relationship was quite sweet like an actual sweet :).

There were many moments in this fic where I just started to laugh out loud because what they were saying or doing was really funny hehe 😂.

I LOVED that Lavender was in this and that she was Draco’s friend and that she was a diva werewolf (she was an icon all throughout this fic 🤭).

Overall, this fic was a delight to read and I understand why it is quite popular.

IM SO GLAD THIS FIC IS IN GOOGLEREADS. I can't put into words what this fic made me feel, I swear everything was perfect, from start to finish. And the comedy??? omg, I couldn't stop laughing in the middle of the night. Yeah, I read all of this in one night, it was THAT good. I'm also absolutely in love with their characterization, they just felt so real??? I love it I love it I love it, best drarry fic I've read so far

Wow I really really hated this and I do not recommend it to anyone. The writing was not for me and I HATED how Draco was portrayed. The only reason that I kept with it was because so many people have given it amazing reviews and listed it as one of their favs. I am not sure what they read but this is not good. I am going to go reread some of my current fav Drarry fics because I need it out of my mind. A HARD pass for me.

So f*cking funny - kept sending screenshots of dialogue to my sister as I read it. I love myself a messy chaotic Draco and that’s exactly what I got - his inner dialogue was excruciatingly hilarious.

Also love how Harry is not portrayed as some perfect, flawless person - I actually sort of hated him at points.

This story was great. But the space between each line was so frustrating and unnecessary. It’s a fanfic though so of course I don’t have very high expectations and I’d definitely recommend this as I stayed up til 4 in the morning reading.

Fluffiest of the fluffs!

I’m in my Veela!Draco era, so I loved it. This one wasn’t so strong on the mating aspects and more of how the Veela senses guided Draco on how to love Harry properly.

Then, out of nowhere… WINGS!

And Harry raising Teddy. Lovely piece of fluff with almost no angst.

Honestly the thing that annoyed me most about this was the idea that Harry is gay and never liked girls, as if bisexuality isn't a thing. Everything else was fine, and I loved Lavender in this story.
