Really helpful ordinary persons read

The author pulls no punches in this short but concise account of her own experiences which mirror my own exactly. She writes with clarity in a matter of fact manner without bitterness or anger, which is refreshing. The chronic hidden abuse of being cast as the family scapegoat is immensely cruel. It's only just starting to be recognised in mainstream therapy as a cripplingly detrimental and harmful to the child who remains out of sight and is often a life time victim. In writing her own account, the author has been both brave and very honest in how she portrays her own painful experiences at the hands of her family. I wish her much happiness and freedom as she continues along in her journey.
