This was really good for what it was. A collection of transcripts of interviews of strong and accomplished women in healthcare. I liked the idea of learning about so many things in this field in a very relaxed, informal way. It is nice to know that there are so many women paving the way and doing what may be considered uncomfortable or uncommon to make real change. I had trouble thinking of who I would recommend this to exactly, but it was a quick read that made me feel hopeful and exposed me to some new ideas and programs.

Best of all, the cover of this book is so so beautiful.
