Fate. Destiny. Whatever you wanted to call it, Macy Caldwell was mine. She had a chance to get out of this town, but she refused to take it. She was going to give up everything for me. I wasn’t worth that kind of sacrifice. In order to save her, I had to break her.
The night Nash Masters broke my heart was the catalyst for the ruin that came after. All these years later, he was fighting for my forgiveness. He had no idea I was the one who needed his. The truth didn’t always set you free. They said love conquered all, but this was war. And everything worth having was worth fighting for.
K. Street is a self-proclaimed super klutz with a penchant for Chucks and graphic tees. She has been making up stories since she was old enough to talk, and she began writing at the tender age of eleven. She resides in central Florida with her husband and daughter as well as a tiny menagerie of pets, including a dog, a cat, and a bearded dragon. K is a foodie with an affinity for coffee, peach moscato, and dark chocolate. When she isn’t plotting her next story, K enjoys reading, spending time with her favorite humans, and cheering on her beloved hockey team, the Chicago Blackhawks.
Hero is a cheating a-hole, who stuck his tongue in a girl’s mouth and not any girl either but the heroine’s nemesis. His hands were also down in her shirt because he wasn’t good enough for her and because he wanted her to leave town so she could follow her dreams, yeah right pathetic imbecile! You couldn’t think of anything but to cheat? He didn’t had sex with her, like it makes it any better that he only kissed the OW. Like it’s not cheating, I have news for you dick-hole! It’s still cheating! Douche bag.
He had the nerve to tell her that one day she’ll forgive him because we all know how pathetic heroines are in CR, i would have respected the heroine a little bit if she started another relationship with someone else. She doesn’t forgive him right away, 10 years passed.
”We were kids, Macy. Don’t you think it’s time we laid the past to rest?” He shook his head and stared at the ground before meeting my eyes. “Why can’t you let it go”?
Nope. Not a kid, At 18 you already know what’s good and bad.
”I’m not asking you to forget the past, Mace, but I am asking you to stop living in it.”
“I hate that I hurt when all I was trying to do was protect you.”
Oh that’s a good one. Excuse me while I go laugh my little heart out.
I only finish it because I wanted to know what was the secret she thought she needed forgiveness from him instead of him begging her to forgive him. I had an idea. And low and behold it was just that. That’s how much predictable authors are.
I didn’t like how demanding he was, he would demand they would talk, he would go to her house and planted himself there, walked in like he owned the place, when she wanted to talk to him about her secret he would demand that they didn’t. He was a demanding a-hole.
They spent the majority of the damn book with him demanding not to talk in the moment with her chickening out and when she finally told him she was so drunk that she blurted out their son’s name. He blamed her. He felt betrayed. This comes from a guy who betrayed the “love” of his life because he thought that he wasn’t good enough for her. Yeah, you know that guy. He left her crying inconsolable on the floor begging him to forgive her. She ends up groveling and fighting for him because everyone and their mama told her to fight for him. To show him that she loved him.
He was so hurt and acted like an a-hole. Let’s put everything on the table. He blamed her but let’s call it like it is. if he hadn’t cheated and yes people and author, it is cheating because kissing and shoving your hands on a women shirt when you’re in a relationship is freaking cheating so don’t justify it with how he never had sex with the OW. Ok so if he hadn’t cheated, she wouldn’t have run off to college and hidden her pregnancy, yes she said she wanted to tell him that she was pregnant but when she lost the baby she was hurt and blamed him. Shit, I would have blamed him too. Sure she could have told him in the 10 years but she didn’t so what? He freaking cheated. Thats worse! And when she needed him, when they needed to talk about everything he ran like a little bitch causing her to chased him. Can we go back to again to how he cheated? All this happened because of him. I was glad that he felt all of her pain when he read her journal, what she felt when he broke her, she didn’t want to live, when she lost the baby, her struggles. I’m a heartless bitch because I thought it wasn’t nearly enough that he felt her pain. They promised each other no more secrets but dun duh du dun... the hero was still keeping one, her father was the one who paid him off to break up with her. He didn’t cashed the check but he still did what he did in the beginning.
Safety: despite his cheating in the prologue, we don’t see what happens only when he’s talking to her about his cheating, she saw him with his tongue in the OW’s mouth. The OW or any OW doesn’t show up in the book. There’s absolutely no mention of both being with other people. I hope she was able to be with someone else but I won’t hold my breath. So I cannot confirmed that he’s been celibate because that’s at least what he could have done but HIGHLY doubt it. So for me this was not safe.

This is a beautiful second change story. Even though it is a very very typical second change story, it goes a bit deeper. The writing style is romantic. Nash is a perfect book boyfriend. He is very very protective, intense and loyal. I dont want to spoil too much of the story here. U have to read it.
Minor thing that i dont like is the plot is dragging. The secret that Macy keep is typical. But still the author manages to keep it romantic. And the last twist from Nash is unnecessary.
Aside from that, this is a beautiful second change story. Prepare yourself to fall in love with Nash.
A beautiful second chance love story from the coffers of K street, which just tears at your heartstrings. It is simplistic in detail but deep in sentiments. A life interrupted and a story cut short. That's the precis of Nash Masters and Macy Caldwell love story. It just comes to an abrupt halt and a decade just yawns between them while they struggle alone with their respective lives. A stone cast into the sea. The ripple effect far more reaching than a mind could grasp. That night had been the catalyst to the ruin that came after. What if …
They're both carrying heavy secrets that are tied around their necks like a stone, weighing them down, tying their tongues The past was swathed in secrets and cloaked in guilt. Instead of trying to escape it, I used it as a shield. An excuse to push away not only Nash, but others as well. I had boarded up the walls of my broken heart. Yet here Nash stood, doing his damnedest to pry me open. Chance encounter in the hometown brings them face to face with their mistakes, their guilt and therein lies the path to forgiveness.
“And I miss you. I miss you so much, it hurts, and saying it out loud sounds so fucking ridiculous because you’re right here, but you’re untouchable.” Sensitive story written with matching tenderness, emotions are just flowing freely between the characters. There's a visit by Camryn, Tucker and shayna, who we met in Everything I Never Wanted. There's moments of joy, moments of grief, too hot moments of passion and a whole lotta moments of cuteness. The central vein though is heavily guilt ridden. Both blame each other and then themselves and do so with aggression It wasn’t my fault. It wasn’t. I can’t breathe. It wasn’t my fault. I. Can’t. Breathe.
Nash and Macy's story is an emotional ride but definitely worth it! I loved it. It was raw, and real. I felt the love, the pain, the anguish, I felt it all. The story was beautifully written. The characters were relatable. The storyline was unique and different. Definitely a 5-star book for me and highly recommended.
Every book and each story I read is an adventure. I’m not always sure what’s going to happen but I know I get to take one. Macey and Nash’s adventure? Wow!! That’s what I have to say. I’ve always said when an author can make me laugh and love but also sob like a baby they are doing something right? To be able to pull out just about any emotion is something i don’t take lightly while reading. Ms. Street did that and then some. She broke my heart and put it back together. She made me fall in love with Macey and Nash but also more in love with Camryn, Shayne, and Tucker too. She made me laugh and cheer. But most of all she made me as the reader feel as if I was a part of this story and adventure. I adore Nash and Macey. And their story was one i won’t soon forget. Ms. Street, your characters left a huge imprint on my heart. Thank you so much for that ❤️
Everything Worth Fighting For By: K. Street 4.5 Bee Stars
Reading a book written by K. Street certainly pulls out all the emotions. I’ve enjoyed all the books this talented author has written. When I heard that this book was being written, I couldn’t wait to hear what Nash and Macy’s story was.
How do you ever forgive someone who hurt you so bad all those years ago? You vowed to never forgive and to never forget. But as the years go on, and you are still thinking of that person. Is it time to move on and accept the things that happened that one night…
Or is the secret you are hiding worse than what had happened back then.
Sometimes it takes talking to an outsider. Someone you feel truly listens to what you have to say…that wakes up the inner turmoil brewing… Finally making the decisions to speak up that has been haunting you for years.
I absolutely enjoyed reading this book. It was a quick read that flowed great.
“When you love someone, you fight for them. You storm the gates of hell to slay their demons.”
K. Street brings us back to Jaxson Cove in EVERYTHING WORTH FIGHTING FOR and I never EVER wanted to leave!
I first fell in love with the author’s writing—and the big-hearted residents of this quaint, homespun town—in EVERYTHING I NEVER WANTED and was therefore very psyched for Nash and Macy’s sweet, angsty, second chance tale! And wow did she deliver!
Gah...the feels were OFF THE CHARTS in this second standalone installment in the Jaxson Cove duet! I could not stop swooning and sighing and clutching my heart, and I just relished each and every moment! This gorgeously penned story was just so beautifully crafted, the turmoil resonated deeply, and the heartfelt romance and the hot, sexy times took my breath away.
Nash and Macy, former high school sweethearts who were torn apart in their youth yet are passionately reunited years ten later, have the kind of captivating chemistry that’s just PURE STORYBOOK MAGIC. I have read a myriad of second chance romances over the years, but this one burrowed itself inside my heart in such a UNIQUELY PROFOUND way. And it’s all courtesy of K. Street’s innate ability to write with such raw, bridled emotion and make me care so much about these two central characters. And I think what makes this romance so special to me is the purity, the RIGHTNESS of this union. I truly felt the pain, the anguish, the joy, the regret, the heartache, and most of all, the eternal love between this H&h. As Mama J. so sagely said , “If there were ever two souls fated to be together” it’s Macy and Nash.
Nash was the ULTIMATE broodingly sexy blue collar BBF! I really was drawn to his tantalizing blend of rugged masculinity and sweet sensitivity! He was not only big, strong and fiercely protective, with a hot trigger temper when pushed to the brink, yet at that same time, so gentle and chivalrous he made me weak in the knees! And although he had made his fair shred of missteps in the past, his heart was always in the right place and his adoration for his beautiful “Bee” was infinite. Plus, as a hunky auto mechanic who works with his hands, he inspired plenty of filthy fantasies on my part! (Hee hee!)
And Macy was a TOTAL SWEETHEART! A winning combo of sweet and sassy with a hefty heaping of aching vulnerability thrown in, she was very relatable and oh so endearing. I truly connected with every facet of this heroine--her heartbreak and sorrow, courage and resilience, on a guttural level.
Both Macy and Nash are achingly real and beautifully flawed, and both made grievous mistakes that altered the course of their lives, but they owned up to them rather than playing the blame game. Which I SO appreciated. And I also admired how throughout the majority of the story they worked on rebuilding their shattered trust and reclaiming what they once lost—exposing their hearts and giving each other all their “ugly, fractured pieces” as opposed to the author taking the easy predictable route and forcing the reader to suffer through prolonged separations, contrived misunderstandings or pages upon pages of OTT drama.
Not gonna lie some of the scenes ripped me to shreds—-but there was NEVER a doubt in my mind that these two truly had a love worth fighting for! And while the road to HEA was filled with tumult the journey these lovable, dynamic characters embarked on to find their way back together was heartfelt and beautiful and the payoff so richly deserved! Speaking of which, OMG I LOOOVED the double epilogues! And the icing on the cake? We had plenty of Tucker, Camryn and Shay cameos throughout to keep me smiling in delight!
BOTTOM LINE: I have so much love for EVERYTHING WORTH FIGHTING FOR! It’s a treasure trove of awesomeness, and I can’t wait to find out what the marvelously talented K. Street has in store for us next!
K. Street has written another beautiful romance with unforgettable characters. I’m so happy that she wrote Nash and Macy’s story as they were great secondary characters in Everything I Never Wanted(Tucker and Camryn’s book). Everything Worth Fighting For truly pulls at your heart strings. And I loved every moment of this passionate and heart-gripping story.
I adored Nash and Macy especially since they have quite a history together and in my heart, I felt they were perfect for each other. K. Street does a fantastic job of writing down to earth, relatable and believable characters that you can’t help but fall in love with. I was cheering them on crossing my fingers and hoping they would work out. Their journey was not an easy one as it was very emotional and they were a few moments that had me in tears.
Everything Worth Fighting For’s plot is solid and consistent with a heartwarming feeling. The title for this book is more than appropriate as Nash and Macy’s love truly is Everything Worth Fighting For. It’s an absolute must read.
Talk about an emotional rollercoaster. There was laughing, crying and a lot of anger toward Macy and Nash. These two characters and their story had me all over the place and it was the best of feelings. Both had secrets and reasons for keep one another at arms length. What happens when secrets come alive? Will they finally have their happily ever after? A must read that will have you thinking about it well after you turn the final page.
Second chances. Most of us have some sort of regret for something that we wished we had a second chance at. Whether it is that pair of shoes that we didn’t buy and wished we had, the job opportunity that was presented to us that we passed on, or the person that was part of our life that we would like the possibility to reconnect with. Everything Worth Fighting For will leave you with thoughts of “What if?” about the things in your life that you would like a second chance with.
Nash and Macy’s story is one of young love that is torn apart with tragic circumstances. Both of them move on with their lives only to come full circle back to each other. Their story will tear your heart out and then slowly mend it as they work their way back to the love story that was always there, waiting for them.
K. Street’s beautifully written extraordinary story is full of marvelous characters and heart rendering feels that lead to the HEA you want for Nash and Macy.
I have and will continue to recommended K. Street’s books adding this one to the list. 5 Stars #2OCCMS
This was a wonderful second chance romance between two childhood friends. There was a lot of emotion in this book much like the first book. I just absolutely loved Nash and loved how he didn’t give up on Macy even after 10 years. When they finally decided to give it another shot we knew there was something huge she was keeping from Nash. When it’s revealed I wasn’t sure if they would be able to move past it. I had all the feels for this book. I really enjoy her writing and look forward to reading more from this author.
I truly loved this book. The characters spoke directly to my heart. I am so grateful to have found this author. Macy and Nash will stay with me for a long time.
As I sit here and begin typing my personal review and try to gather my thoughts, I literally feel like I am in the middle of the book with all the words swirling around me. I am trying to pull the words down from the amazing swirl of this book as they come to me.
K. Street is a beautiful soul with a passion to write and tell stories. She is a ROCKSTAR author! Four books later, here I am writing another 5 Star Review for her because she deserves nothing less. Ok I had to TOOT her horn a quick minute.
Now onto Nash & Macy! WOW! If you have already read Everything I Ever Wanted (if not you need to read it), then after reading this book you will agree that Nash captures your heart. I love Tucker, but Nash is a perfect blend of gruff, bad a#%, take me as I am, all while wearing his heart on his sleeve with a heart of GOLD. His unbelievable need to put others before himself will melt your heart away. Nash is definitely a force to be reckoned with!
Macy is another beautiful soul, who is bad a#%, fierce, all wrapped up in some serious SASS with some sexy heals! I want to shop where she does,#justsaying
What do you get when you have two incredibly stubborn individuals who build a wall hard as steal around their hearts to protect themselves? Do you believe in destiny? Do you believe wholeheartedly that your soulmate is out there? Has there been a time in your life that you walked away from the best thing/person ever to walk in your life? What would you do if you were given a second chance? Would you rewrite history and grab what was rightfully yours no matter what obstacles crossed your path. Only way to find out the ending, is if you add Everything Worth Fighting For to your TBR list, pre-order, and read it on release date January 15th!
Everything Worth Fighting For is definitely everything worth waiting for because Nash and Macy’s story will have you on the edge of your seat, turning/swiping pages, and most definitely have you shedding tears! All worth the ride with no Cliffhanger, but you will have a book hangover.
When Nash hurt Macy all those years ago he just knew in his heart she would forgive him. He never expected 10 years later she would still be angry and cold towards him. He knew it was the right thing to do even if it hurt him to do it.
Macy was devastated the day Nash hurt her. Even 10 years later it still hurts her to the core, she’s continued to struggle with the hurt and pain and guilt from back then. Even now it didn’t seem to hurt any less.
Can they overcome all the pain and guilt they both have in order to move past it? The longer you harbor a secret the more impossible it feels to tell. What if it’s really as unforgivable as it seems? Can the truth set them free or will it tear them even further apart?
True love is rare and it’s worth fighting for, but sometimes love breaks you. Every piece of you. Sometimes love doesn’t conquer all and sometimes you have to be able to let the hurt and the past go in order to pick up the pieces and move forward.
Macy and Nash were fire from the beginning. I loved how much you could feel the heat between the two of them. This book was such a rollercoaster of emotions, there were ups and downs and they were so raw and relatable, my heart was overflowing with love and subsequently breaking completely in half. Nash was everything I wanted and more. He was sensual in the best way! Even when he wasn’t trying to be. I could feel the love between him and Macy, I just wanted to strangle the stubbornness out of them both at times. Macy’s hurt was something most can relate with. When you are young and in love and think you have life all figured out and then all of a sudden it’s like the earth turns on it’s axis and throws everything out of whack.
The secrets and twists in this story are unexpected and unpredictable. I was so smug thinking I had it all figured out, boy was I wrong!
This book was unputdownable (not a word.. but we’re going with it!) I devoured it in one sitting! It’s so good! Well worth the read
Much like the first novel in this series, I couldn’t put this book down. I was so in tune with the previous story of Tucker and Camryn that I needed to keep going into this story to find out what happens with Macy and Nash. And it did not disappoint. Not at all. It brought me to tears, it made me laugh, it took me on an adventure. I did not want it to end. I fought for the characters to make it through. I needed them to fight for each other, needed it like I was right there with them.
Details can make or break a book. They can take you in and make it so you are living and breathing everything you are reading. They become a movie in your head. This book delivered that and so much more.
I definitely wish this book had more. I wish the series could keep going. I want to know everything. I need to know everything. These characters, from both the first book and the second, captivated me and became a part of my life and now that I have finished both books, I feel like I lost my best friends.
Even though they are both stand-alone novels, if you haven’t read Tucker’s story, I suggest reading that one first. And then I highly suggest you read this one. It’s worth every single page turn, every single tear shed, every single laugh. It will draw you in and leave you wanting more.
Macy and Nash have a history. Childhood sweethearts until a horrible night shattered Nash's heart and destroyed Macy's life. Now that Macy is back in town, Nash wants to apologize, to explain what happened and see if they can build a future. Macy can't let him get too close, if it fell apart again she wouldn't survive. Nash can't accept that they are finished and he will do whatever it takes to get Macy back in his arms. Secrets come to light and it will be up to them both to fight for their love.
I don't know that I can do this book justice. Everything Worth Fighting For was a second chance romance hiding an emotional punch to the gut. K. Street is so flipping talented, I could see the scenes unfolding in my head like a movie! The connection between her characters is incredible, so strong it pulls you into the story and doesn't let go. I devoured this one just as quickly as the first and on the same day; I just couldn't wait. I am so impressed with this book and the previous one, I urge you to read them immediately! 6 stars for Everything Worth Fighting For!
The story of Macy and Nash is amazing. Started out when they were kids. Ends with some heartbreak but 10 years later the spark is still there. To get the love of your life has a lot of ups and downs.
This book was amazing. While I loved Everything I Never Wanted, I loved this book even more. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. I devoured this book in just a few hours. I’m a sucker for second chance romance and this one was fantastic.
Nash was just trying to do what he thought was right at the time for Macey. Yes he broke her heart but he thought she would grow resentful of him later in life if she didn’t go off to school and get out of their small town. Not only did he obliterate her heart, he did the same to his heart.
Macey has tried for years to get over her broken heart from Nash’s betrayal. But she had other heartbreak that she was still trying to work through. Heartbreak that she needed to find the courage to discuss with Nash. But she always found a reason to postpone the conversation.
I loved Nash and Macey’s connection with one another. I also loved how they were able to overcome all the heartache and heartbreak together and mend their hearts as a unit.
It was also nice to see Tucker and Camryn and Shayne again.
Really didn’t want this book to end. Fantastic read.
Everything Worth Fighting For by K Street is the second book in the Jaxson Cove series. It is the first book I’ve read from this author and even though it’s part of a series, it can be read as a stand-alone. This book was amazing! Everything Worth Fighting For was so emotional-full of regrets, heartache, and most importantly forgiveness. I devoured it in one sitting, unable to put it down.
Childhood sweethearts Macy and Nash knew without a doubt that they were each others everything from a young age. Always together, creating a lifetime of memories until one moment changes everything. One decision changes the course of their lives forever. But now ten years later, the feelings they have for each other cannot be ignored. Will they both be able to forgive and leave the past where it belongs?
This story was absolutely beautiful. While reading, I had so many different emotions I felt. I had tears falling down my face at some parts, and at others, the biggest smile on my face! K Street did a fabulous job writing this story and I cannot wait to read more from her!
Get your tissues ready because this book will tug at your heart strings! Such a great easy read.
We first met Nash and Macy in "Everything I Never Wanted". Two souls who are destined to be together but so many challenges stand in their way and they are both left with broken hearts. Can they overcome their pasts and make a life together or will their secrets for why they have been at odds for 10 years keep them apart? You'll also get some comedic relief from that spunky Shayne!
You will find yourself rooting for this second chance love story. Not only will you cry with this couple as they face unspeakable heartache, but you will laugh with them as well. K Street does not disappoint with her sequel to one of my favorite reads of 2o18 but she makes this story that much better. The depth and care she takes with each of her characters is admirable. I hope you knows just how special this group of friends is to her readers!
What a beautiful heartfelt book by K.Street!! Nash and Macy- wow! This second chance romance was so well written. After Nash broke Macy’s heart 10 years ago- they still love each other but she can’t forgive him for braking her heart..... but there’s so much more to this story. Macy is strong but broken from her past. Nash still loves Macy and wants her back! When they connect to help with Tucker’s daughter Shayne, they realize their connection is still there and really do love each other! This book takes Nash and Macy on a journey of how their past decisions- where they thought they were protecting each other- continues to hurt them. Through their love and honesty- can they get to happily ever after! I loved all the characters and connections through this book. There were a few twists and for me- I couldn’t put this book down! Thanks K.Street for a great first read of 2019!!
I'm so happy that Nash and Macy got their own story. After meeting them in Tucker and Camryn's book I was desperate to learn more about them and I'll just say this book didn't disappoint. Their story was emotionally raw but the love they held onto for each other meant that one way or another they had to get their HEA.
When they were younger Nash and Macy were everything to each other but Nash was afraid he would hold Macy back from striving to get everything in life she deserved so he made the ultimate sacrifice and forced her to walk away from him leaving her hating him and her heart obliterated. Now years later the feelings they had for each other are still simmering away but Nash and Macy need to fight with everything they have if they want a second chance at love.
What a great second chance romance from K Street. I can't wait to read more from her in the future.
The the sequel to one of my top reads for 2018, Everything I Never Wanted. We lucked up on KU when we found Mrs. Streets books and since I’ve read all of them. This is a second chance romance between childhood best friends that eventually fall in love. Nash decides to lie to Macy and make her think he is into someone else so she wouldn’t stay in Jaxson Cove, she would go off to college and live her dream. What he doesn’t know is something major and life changing happens to Macy and she handles this all on her own but keeps the secret for a decade and in turn that kind of bites her in the ass.
I loved this book! Mainly because the writing is so amazing and the plot is so good. It wasn’t as good as the first one mind you but still a solid 4.5 star read for me!! Angst⭐️⭐️ Cheating none Sexy Time ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Epilogue ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Plot⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Macy & Nash - steamy! Second chance romance! Friends to lovers!
This story ❤️ It made me melt reading it! You can feel the anguish Nash feels over their history and how things ended. Macy is scared because of what he did. You feel the frustration because the attraction is life changing! But, I can’t imagine how she felt seeing him all the time because of their mutual friends. This story makes you believe love does exist after years passing by. You see how he felt and the justification from the years before. But sometimes, we have to let the past go and live for the moment. You see her finally let go of her fears and let Nash in!! One life change moment for them both.
I have loved this story - by bringing back the characters from book one - to Macy and Nash. I can’t wait to read what else is coming from Jaxon Cove!!
These two finally got their HEA!!!! I was intrigued by Nash and Macy since I met them in Tucker’s story. This was a second chance romance and these two deserved it. Once the story starts and you get to read about what has kept them separated for 10 years you’ll get angry and sad for both of them.
Nash never stopped loving Macy and you’ll realize that she never stopped loving him either. It wasn’t easy and they took baby steps. Then everything from the past started to surface along with some secrets. It’s wow. You realize how so in love Nash has always been with Macy. And you realize how strong and independent Macy is. These two are amazing.
You also get to catch up with Tucker and Camryn and their daughter. I adore this couple!!! These friends are amazing.
Everything Worth Fighting For is everything and so much more. K. Street has blown me away with this book.
Macy had her heart broken by Nash, but he broke his heart in the process. The reason he broke her heart was so he didn’t hold her back.
Now it’s time for Nash to win her back. She doesn’t make it easy for him at all. But they both are still holding back some secrets. Can they reveal their secrets and move on? Or do they keep living in the past?
This is everything, and deserves more than 5 stars. Once I started it I couldn’t put it down, nor did I want to.
This book will for sure be on my top reads of 2018.
This book broke my heart at times ... The weight Macy carried on her shoulders all alone, the guilt she carried, the secrets are enough to bring even the strongest to their knees.. Nash let his demons destroy his relationship with the only girl he ever loved once, he’s determined to right that wrong and love her forever . But it’s not that easy. Macy has a secret that almost destroys their already fragile second chance . But true love conquers it all and Nash and Macy have it in spades.... it’s not an easy road, but anything in life worth having is never easy... If you can make it through all the hard times, it makes the good times that much sweeter... Sweet little Shayne continued to steal my heart...
Nice true K Street fashion, the book gave me all the feels! Nash and Macy had a long, hard, broken road to find their happiness. One the fantastic things about the series is the secondary cast and crossovers. The perfect second change romance to give you hope that true love is real. ~BREAKDOWN OF RATINGS~
