Great approach to fasting

Wonderful, practical way of fasting. “We do not fast to give up something, we fast to get closer to Jesus”. From the moment you begin this twenty one day fast you know you are going to be enlightened. The physical, spiritual, and emotional areas will be addressed. From daily water intake to deleting sugar and junk food, to beginning with fruits and veggies only, to total fasting is approached in a methodical and thought provoking way. Spiritual application is observed through the word, journaling, and times of reflecting on God. This is a perfect way to start any new year or anytime to help you reset.
