If you are wondering about your calling or sense of purpose in life - especially as it relates to loving and serving God, then this book is for you! This brief book serves an an extremely helpful and accessible tool for helping people get at least a basic sense of how to begin taking steps toward living on mission in obedience to the call of God on their lives. Sharing from his own experience, complemented by keen insight and wisdom, David Jacob gives the reader some important first steps in moving forward in their calling. I highly recommend this book especially for those compelled to potentially serve as missionaries (or other vocational ministers) - and those who work with them, as well as anyone else seeking clarity of purpose in their lives. Pastors, missions pastors, missions mobilizers, teachers and professors, and anyone who mentors others - this is a book to add to your tool box as you invest in people.

This is a great book to read! It is one that can be read in one sitting, and the author is very passionate about this topic. His use of personal stories is very engaging, and this book makes you think about the things you may be focussing too much on life, or maybe not enough.
