{Rated G} Where was this book 10 years ago?! Have you ever in your lifetime been on an under-eating/over-exercising program? Are you someone who has been super fit in the past, but find out you took your dieting and exercising too far, and now your hormones, metabolism, and overall health are wonky? Then this is the book for you!

Dr. Willey really breaks things down on how to recognize the help you may need to get back into a healthy and fit lifestyle, as well as what lab tests and a new found perspective on life that needs to be approached. If you’re struggling to get back into shape and the fat just doesn’t seem to want to melt off no matter how hard you’re working, then perhaps you need to dive deeper into your health (and not the diet) and pick out some really good informative and detailed nuggets in this book.

Not only does Dr. Willey give you precise lab tests to take and when to take them, but he also gives you food plans that will help fix your health and get it back on track, as well as information on proper supplementation, stress reliefs, and exercising options.

Obtainable is written by Warren Willey, DO who practices Functional Medicine. He has written several books on how to get and remain healthy. In this book he takes the diets and excessive exercise routines and shows how they can mess up one's chemical and hormone balance ultimately causing the individual to no longer lose weight or build muscle mass. His theory is founded on sound science and his practice thrives with patients with improved health and increased energy, especially in those beyond age 50. The book does a good job of explaining his theory but you can't pick it up, read it, and treat yourself. What he does in practice requires an extensive background in medicine and biology. Recommended for anyone seeking a higher level of energy in their daily routines.
