Well written.
This PNR romance was suspenseful and bought heat. It's about a fallen angel and the demon who (kind of) ruined her.
Although, as time goes by, they all start to realize that there are so much more for them to know about each other and about their own story.
After hating him for five years, she sees herself in a position where his help is of need, and he finds out he is not willing to let her risk her life.
There is action, a lot of stories going on at the same time and prophecies to be fullfilled.
I must say this is not exactly a plot for me. The book was well written and the author showed a lot of nice details, I just wasn't lured to the development as I've been before in her previous books.
But I know a lot of people would enjoy it, specially if you are a Supernatural fan.

Enjoyable
I enjoyed this story a lot. The merging of good and bad was fun. Neither character was so set in their ways that they were obnoxious. I didn’t like how this fit into the series. Books 1 and 2 shared characters to make them understandable. This one is just in the same world with a vague mention of the vampire troubles. No crossover characters. Next one looks the same and that’s disappointing.
A few characters were set up as if to have more story time later, but I just don’t see it happening. Also the entire storyline of Samuel and Ava read like something from another book that we were being briefed about. Couldn’t locate a book from this author so that was disappointing too.

I am really enjoying this series and the world created for us by this talented author. Her very own Demon may be the third book in this series but you can definitely read it as a stand alone as everything you need to know the author tells you. BUT the first two books are really good and I would urge you to read them both.
The storyline is compelling and had no trouble holding my attention, the sayings "opposites attract" and "be careful what you wish for" come to mind whilst reading this story about Muriel, our fallen angel, and her demon Kier. The chemistry and world building are so well done, I can hardly wait to read the next book in this series.

This book was another amazing story from start to finish. It grabs the reader and keeps them enthralled all the way to the end. Muriel and Kier have such an extraordinary relationship since one is a demon and one is a fallen angel but they discover their strength together in conquering the worst evil imaginable. Great writing, exciting plot, tons of action, adventure and one amazing imagination introduces us to some incredible supernatural creatures and landscapes. Definitely worth reading.

This is Her Very Own Demon, book 3 of Melody Raven’s Evil Rising series. I’m so enthralled with this story and feel a somewhat kinship with Muriel, who is a fallen angel. How would you feel if you suddenly lost the whole meaning of your existence? What about if you were suddenly drawn to the very being who forced this unwelcome change into you? Would you accept the change? You will burn with heat from Kier’s “alpha hawt—ness”! It’s a great book!

This books was exactly what I was in the mood for. I can't remember liking a demon and angle romance more.
The start, when the demon feed her his blood was enough to keep me turning the page. I didn't want to put it down until I read how the angle was going to get her revenge. And it was so good. Not dark like I thought it was going to go, but it was sexy and it made me blush a bit.
I loved it. I loved the hero and how he dealt with all his new emotions. I love the heroine and how she softened for her demon without really softening.

Loved reading the amazing and engaging third book in the Evil Rising series. Ever since the demon, Kier, gave Muriel his demon blood, Muriel has been planning her revenge, but when she puts magical handcuffs on Kier binding him to her, both Kier and Muriel are finding it more and more difficult to avoid their feelings and attraction for each other. Read the highly recommended and wonderfully written paranormal story full of romance and suspense, and a must read love story of two opposite beings falling for each other.

Not a relationship you'd expect...demon and angel...but definitely an interesting beginning (for me) to this series. A fallen angel, through no fault of her own suddenly finds the demon responsible for her status walking into her life. Vengeance should be sweet but things don't go according to plant. Prophesies, romance, heat, vampires, Lucifer and demon kings all join into the adventure that will keep you hooked from the very beginning. Another addition to my TBR list.

I have read most of Mallory Crowe aka Melody Raven's books and I think this is my favorite one so far. I loved it! This steamy romance between a fallen angel and the demon who ensured she can never get back to heaven captivated me from page one. The book blurb, while good, only gives you part of the story. There's so much more to it and every moment is riveting. I can't stop thinking about this awesome love story!

This book gripped me and carried me in a fantastic world, featuring some of the most powerful supernatural beings I ever heard of, and I loved it despite all the age-old "cliche", starting with "opposites attract" and ending with "love can save the world". Although what is a cliche for some might just be ingrained truth for others...

Hot and intense
I loved this story. From page one it caught my attention and kept it. This is my new favorite angel and demon love story.
I enjoyed how the demon wasn’t such a a-hold that I hated him from the start. In fact I was attracted to him from the start. So strong and clever.

I really enjoyed reading this book but it wasn’t as addictive as the one before it. I really enjoyed the characters in it and all the adventures, especially when she goes to hell. Don’t want to ruin it for others so that’s all I will say, but it was a really different read and I am sure other supernatural book lovers will enjoy it.

I expected to see more of the characters from the previous book. Ryan’s progress would have been nice as I would have liked to have seen how he copes with his newly found abilities. Instead two completely new characters are introduced and the end is similar. Teryn plays a big role towards the end and then nothing. It's still a good storyline even though I enjoyed the first two books more.

Angels and Demons ❤️👼💙 😈
I liked Muriel and Kier’s very intense story. A very unlikely pair which somehow manages to work as they ban together to stop the apocalypse. Demons mix with angels in this story that looks at evil, and how it can be overcome. Good book!
