Xavier is cocky, overzealous, and way too hot for his own good. He’s just what I need to stop my nightmares from coming to fruition, except he's telling me that I'm not supposed to stop the future from happening. I'm supposed to fulfill a dark prophecy. One where I'm the Queen of Hell, turned into a vampire, and I save hell itself from being destroyed.
Hell getting destroyed sounds like a good idea to me, so I'll have to talk some sense into Xavier, but first I need to get my men all in one place. They're stuck all over the world and, well, let's face it, the world's most certainly gone to shit.
Jet, my dragon shifter, has survived the last loyalists to his brother, but they won't accept his rule unless he obtains the Dragon’s Eye. He better not die trying to retrieve it... or trying to get back to me.
Nate, my beloved human, is trapped Hell knows where and with my grandmother of all people. He’s full of surprises though, and he might just be the weakest link in my bond that’ll save the day.
When all seven sins reunite, I'll have power over hell itself. It's up to me what happens next.
Author's This is a fast-burn reverse harem story. It includes explicit language and sexual situations. Intended for audiences 18 years and older. This is the final story in the Blood Stone Series.
USA Today Bestselling Author J.R. Thorn is a Reverse Harem Romance author. (She'll also admit to having an unhealthy obsession with magical tattoos and alpha males.)
Irgendwie hat mir da komplett was gefehlt.
Once again, picks up right where the previous book left off, never missing a beat. So glad the whole series is available for me to binge on.
This installment is a swirling ball of chaos; Sonya and her mates sort of hop from one dangerous, life-altering situation to the next, over and over again. They’ve got lots to accomplish, and as it involves the destinies of several of them—and Lilith, as it happens—it’s fun to read along and see the pieces come together.
Thorn weaved a comlex, epic plot and no one can accuse her of being one of those RH authors who just writes sex parties. (Speaking of sex, every single time anything sexual occurs there is actually a plot-related reason behind it. Thorn uses sex scenes to aid in telling the story, rather than many who do the opposite.) This trilogy packs depth, so much action and adventure, epic love, corruption, danger … and that’s just to name a few.
The more I read into ‘Vampire Sins’, the more I couldn’t wait to dive into ‘Royal Covens’, the next trilogy in the Blood Stone world. It’ll also leave you wanting Lily’s series, ‘Fortune Academy’ if you haven’t already read it—and I strongly suggest you do read them all, as this world only gets more fun.
They also might just make you think—Thorn has a way of painting scenarios where even the worst villains seem worthy and capable of redemption. The mythology and Christianity tie-ins are brilliantly done; if you’ve discovered this author, you’ll never have time to be bored again.
ONE ENGAGING EXPERIENCE!!! Man, Talk about fireworks, this installment is hotter than an erupting volcano. Step back, take a breather and jump right in. You won't know what hit you until your head snapps forward once again. This little jewel is definitely one riveting read. Thorn draws us into her imagination and weaves a world around us so tight and consuming until everything else ceases to exist. A whirlwind of emotions and events really pulls those heartstrings and make for one incredible experience. All twists and turns, ups and downs, along with a few glitches and bumps here and there pull you deeper into this raging storyline and hard hitting plot. Throw in all the drama, intrigue, uncertainty, fear, danger and suspense and you have one intense, page turning bombshell that grabs your attention and holds it from start to finish. The characters are complex, believable and realistic with such depth it demands respect. The scenes are so graphically detailed and descriptive it's easy to picture each scenario as they play off one another perfectly. Thorn did a remarkable job bringing this read to life brilliantly. Remarkable job Thorn, thanks for sharing this bad boy with us.
Again this was a fast paced read. A lot happens in a little time! So don't blink and for the love of all that is unholy don't skim. Don't be a dang skimmer.
I will say this though, the fight with Apollo and Derek was a bit lackluster. It was built up to be some kind of epic battle in my opinion. Yet it wasn't much of a fight. Not that there has been a whole lot of fighting in this series. I was just expecting a bit more than what happened.
The writing felt a bit rushed as well. Now I know what you're thinking, but you gave this 4 stars. I did, I think it does deserve 4 stars. The ending most certainly makes up for the Apollo and Derek thing. That was quite funny.
Lastly....I totally want to know was it Nate or Hades that really did it? I know what was said but with what Nate was doing...it leaves me questioning.
*Disclaimer* This is the first series that I've ever read like this. So please keep that in mind before anyone gets upset with my opinions.
Vampire Sins is book 3 in the Blood Stone series. You definitely need to start this series from book 1, Succubus Sins and read in order. The books end on a cliffhanger, the characters events and overall plot progresses through each book and you don’t want to miss anything! These are creative and entertaining books with a paranormal flair and a reverse harem element.
I want to say that this is the conclusion of these characters stories but there is a bit of a tease and I will be searching out the next books in this series. I think we will be getting a visit from these intense characters there and it seems like some of the side characters from the Blood Stone series may be getting their own stories and I can’t wait!
Man, this one was so so SO much better than the first two combined. It brings more information to the story line. But it's not an information dump like the first two were. It's the closing to this series so naturally things are answered in this book.
I wanted to give this book four stars. But I just couldn't with how easy the whole saving the world ended up being. It was SO. DAMN. EASY. Which seriously was annoying. It's like everything Sonya had to go through was just over and done with, beaten, bested, in her first attempt. Seriously? Super bleh.
The improvement in Thorn’s writing has been fantastic. Good job! There was still a little hecticness to the storyline, but it’s easy to look past it.
I loved getting to experience Sonya’s Bob come together to fight through the circles of Hell. I’m a little sad that they don’t all live together after everything, but how they still interact and stuff is pretty funny. The epilogue was hot and hilarious as it leads us into the next series.
The first few books may be tough to get through, but this series is definitely worth the read.
A great addition to this series. Sonya finds her 4th but she needs to get them all together. Do you love Vampires and the Supernatural. Then you will love this series. There is Magic and Fantasy. And twists and turns. But will Sonya be able to complete the mission. This is an absolute must read. The Author has done a fantastic job with the characters. And I love the way the personalities are brought out. Shauna Joesten
Sonya and her bond mates finally come together and get the answers that brought them all together in the first place.
I love the the the author gives us great characters to both love and hate in a fantastic story and world that keeps me fully invested to them very end.
What's great about the ending of this story is that the authors hints at a continuation/spin-off to this world that I greatly look forward to reading in the future.
I enjoyed this series, it was a different paranormal reverse harem storyline that I am used to reading. Yet, I think that is what made me like it. The series was not perfect, there were things that aggravated me about the story and characters, but overall I enjoyed this series and would be likely to read spinoffs of this series.
This was by far my favorite book of the series. It clarifies so much and wraps everything up so well. We find out out what the ruins mean and who’s sins are whose. Sonya’s destiny is revealed and we find out what has to do to fulfill it. This book made the entire series! And we even get a bonus peek at the next series.
I loved this book and this series. I didn't realize the part her additional sins would play or everything her and her for would go through. The only loose end is her daughter. It's unresolved and I don't like that. Maybe it's something that will be taken care of in future series.
It was a good length, I feel like I really got something for my time. Maybe a harem with a female that would be bonding with the male mix. But that's wishing, when I could finally get going with my own writing. So, color me inspired. Would you recommend a good writing app, If you have the time.
The thrilling conclusion to this intriguing series. I really enjoyed the over all concept of the series and this book was the best in the series as there was more explained.
Sonya's fourth is a vampire. DO WHAT?! They exist? Well now her arrogant Xavier will be joining her. She needs to find her human mate, Nate, and save Hell. Why do you ask? Because apparently, she's the Queen of Hell. Anything else the prophecy can foist on her? Who knows?
Sonya, Jet, Luke, Nate, and Xavier have a unique relationship. I enjoyed how the seven deadly sins were woven into the story and how each of their sins were resolved or forgiven. The characters were well-developed and charismatic.
The final book in Sonya's story. We get to see all four of her guys in one place and even the other 3 sins as they try to save hell. The ending was wicked good. Sad to see her story end but will be reading the other series.
This book is just as amazing as the first two books. Not as much action in this one but the characters are becoming even more in depth. I love the way these books suck you in and hold you in the edge of your seat. I highly recommend this book as well as the rest of the series.
a vampire, a succubus and an angel walk in a bar...no seriously this is one hot book....im not crazy about harems, or female on female but i love this series and the author does it justice...sad its over but now i have a new author to stalk!
This book had a lot more plot than I was expecting. I might’ve enjoyed it more if I’d read the other books before jumping in this one, but unfortunately, other books grabbed my attention. Maybe someday I’ll come back to this one though.
What a great conclusion for these characters. I loved this story and all the crazy things they went through. I definitely look forward to reading what happens for the next set of characters.
This book has Somya and her mates racing to stop the end of the world. There are new things that come to light and people that were thought gone found. This book ends with the promise of more to come in the next several series so buckle up for the ride.
*4.5 i couldn’t get enough of this series. i literally read each book in not even a day maybe less. i found out about this author through tiktok and i was like i’d give it a try. i was not disappointed. i will now read many more books by this author because the books had me running laps.
I never thought that she would recover her mother or that her mother was alive. I really didn’t expect anything that happened in the book but I’m happy of how everything turned out.
The final installment in this trilogy! Picks up right where the other installments left off in Italy and we have added a vampire into the mix. Lots of action and fun in this one! All the loose ends are tied up nicely! Enjoy the ride!
