Ive been intrigued by Torin the Commander from the first book in this series. He is so composed, calculated, strategic and level headed and took lots of responsibility for the empire while Drocco ran after his omega,so he really deserved his HEA.
And there it is, his happily ever after is with Victoya the spy and one of Cailyn's sisters. Her mission was to seduce him and get information but they haven't gotten much far than saying hello to eachother while she was still undercover.
Now that she is free of any mission or hiding her true self ,Victoya and Torin get close, but he is still curious of what her mission was about. Once he finds out all the implications regarding her mission and what had to be done, he feels deceived and lied , but of course the shy, gentle and clumsy Toya,his mate, will become more important that anything.
Happy they got their hea ❤

I was seriously so excited to see Torin/Victoya get their own book. I really enjoyed this story, super quick read but very satisfying.

Beta Commander Torin already feel like an Alpha since his first appearance. He is Drocco's right hand and old friend. Torin's mind filled with Victonya; an ex-spy Omega also one of Cailyn's sisterhood. Victonya never really interested in searching for an Alpha. Torin is her love at first sight.
I think Victonya is actually cute and quite shy. I love how awkward they can be. Torin has cool demeanor since he's a Beta and a calculated person. As the "head of security", Torin couldn't pass his judgement against Victonya as an ex-spy. Their chemistry came late. I hardly feel anything between their on-off banter. But Victonya has a patience like angel. Fortunately, it didn't take too long for Torin to claim her.
A nice quick read for a novella. Steady paced but didn't really hold my interest. But it's quite satisfying to know Torin has happy ending.

this was a nice short novella with Torin's story. i'm glad he found love, and glad the impossible was made possible for him. he reminds me of Shephards beta in the Alpha's Claim series who i hope will also find love soon-Addison Cain, make it happen.

A quick, cute and entertaining read! You can only get this if you sign up for the author’s newsletter, which I did immediately after finishing books 1-3.
I absolutely LOVED this novella. It picks up right after the meeting between the omegas and alpha’s in the great hall when Torin comes to talk to Victoya. When I read that scene at the end of book 3, I immediately checked goodreads to see if there was a book about Torin and Victoya and I was so happy when I found out they had their own novella! I actually wish there was more to this and it was a full length novel.

Re-read: I suddenly had an urge out of nowhere to read this one again. Their scenes together were so hot and loved his jealousy over Alpha's trying to corner Victoya. Was still annoyed when Torin called her names and when Victoya refused to explain every time he asked about her spying.
Original review: A satisfying quick read. I've been curious about Torin since the first book. I enjoyed his reaction to Victoya's lovable bumbling. But I mostly love his interactions with Drocco. I'm intrigued about Malloron's story. Can someone so monstrous be redeemed?

This is an amazing series and a must read for anyone who loves Omega stories!! As another reviewer states " this is a DARK ROMANCE, heed the author's warning and do not read this if you aren't into the darker, edgier side of romance. The author pushes the boundaries right from the first chapter - you are warned!". I agree if dark romance isn't for you then be warned but if you are unsure you should start at the beginning and find a new author you will fall in love with!!

IT'S RARE TO GET A BETA/OMEGA STORY BECAUSE FRANKLY WE'RE ALL MORE CRAZY FOR THE ALPHAS, BUT THE HERO HERE WAS AS GREAT AS ANY ALPHA.
TORIN we have met in Drocco & Cailyn's story. He's also Drocco's trust Commander, and even though he's a Beta, he doesn't fail in terms of strength, capability and cunning compared to Alphas. The only difference was he didn't have a knot or Alpha tendencies. Torin has always noticed Victoya but never had a reason to come close to her until now, when he's been assigned with her to help the Alpha and Omegas find their mates. As a whole, I liked Torin but I absolutely hated it when he jumped to conclusions so easily about Victoya's scarred dynamic. He assumed it was a magical manipulation on her end just to play with him. That's sad, Torin. Realistic, but also hurtful to Victoya because he never gave her a chance to explain...AND he didn't grovel enough to get her back.
VICTOYA is shy and sweet, she's also a virgin Omega whom the Mothers have sent to seduce Torin in the beginning. In order for her to succeed on her mission, the Mothers have scarred her dynamics just to allow her a pairing with a Beta. Victoya knew that she will never be with an Alpha and she never knew that her attraction to Torin will be returned. When they were given time together, they finally have the chance to explore their attraction and act on it.
OVERALL it was a short, cute story but it certainly didn't blow my mind like the other stories by Zoey Ellis.

I'm so happy that Torin and Victoya got their happy ending. It's perfect because Torin is like Drocco's brother and Victoya is like Cailyn's sister. It all stays in the family! Despite the impossibility of their mating because of their dynamics, magic and fate play a role in giving this improbable pairing their love story. Torin as a Beta is much gentler than Drocco but he has a few tricks up his sleeve that make their mating just thrilling and satisfying for both. Thanks Zoey Ellis for this special addition to the story.

This is a very fast paced short story that has everything needed. Made me feel very good. Torin is a Beta Commander who is very logical. He has noticed this woman around the Palace and is interested. Victoya is an Omega who was on a mission before the sort of peace with the Omega Mothers. Now she is the assistant to Empress Cailyn. But Torin feels that a Beta and an Omega is not a good pair even though he can’t stop thinking about her. Well, guess we shall see what happens next! Funny thing about feelings, sometimes they can be very strong and over rule your mind.

This was a great and shirt addition to the Crave trilogy and to the world, in general. I was glad to see these two get their HEA, and it definitely wasn't as dark as the first 2 trilogies.
I did like that they were together because they chose to be and liked each other, something that the first 2 trilogies lacked.
I will be continuing the series and moving to the 3rd trilogy next (yes, I read this one a little late, out of order)

I loved this story of a shy, awkward Omega and the vital, imperious Beta warrior who's fascinated by her (and she by him). They way Ellis held true to omegaverse dynamics and yet made this story work was a treat. Victoya and Torin are two of Ellis' most likable (and shockingly honorable) characters, and their interactions, conflicts, and growth felt organic to the story. An utter treat!
