'At least love yourself before loving others'I know the title is much known to readers, but we disregard the lessons we know much in our lives. When we are born and commence our life, we encounter diverse people with different attributes to achieve our purpose in life. Some teach us lessons while some remains with us, but this is not the way we should live our lives. We think we are candid and the finest curtain in front of the window, but life doesn’t work like that.
Most of the people waste half of their lives chasing hoax dreams, pretending to be theirs.
If you don’t know who you are then, you will never be able to know what you will become.
'We occupy many unconscious thoughts in our mind. When we think 100% we should write merely 1% which should be best, precise and useful.'

The Book Has Some Great Words & Sentences. All the Tips Mentioned are Beautifully Written But They Don't Have Any Fresh Value. You have Heard Them Many Times Before. Overall It's a Small Good Book With Some Really Motivating Lines
There was some good topics that Deepak Gupta mentioned on how to love yourself. Some were an interesting take. If we all knew the answers to these questions we would not have so many books about this topic with multiple differe takes. I think they kept it short and sweet.
There are many beautiful quotes inside, and all I know is family is the most precious treasure of ourself. That's why I like these quote that remind me the figures which always stand by your side and ready to hug you and to prepare their shoulders in your ups and downs moment is your family. Sadly most of us realize this when we at the sad stage of our life.
"How many fans we have, how many friends we have. Eventually we have to come to our real home where our family is waiting with immortal and unconditional love."
"We wake and when we find our loved ones smiling in front of us, everything starts to heal. Spend time with your family; your mom, dad, brother, sister, cousin and the people you love the most and that's how they will help you to live endlessly with your righy attributes."
Quote about book : "It's not about how many books you read in your life instead its about how many valuable books you read which can help you to grow better and become wise person in life."
Has absolutely no fresh value, nothing new. Everything inside this book can be listened to in a YouTube video, whereas the YouTube video will explain it better with more details but still in less time than you'll need to read the book 😂 and also the tips might seem nice, but for example one is: drinking more water? That is healthy, but for sure won't help people with issues to learn to love themselves more
You have to read this book! It is very good and you’ll find yourself taking down notes! I loved this book! Thank you for this book and I hope that the author has more books in store that I can read and enjoy in a few days time as I’m always constantly reading books everyday! I stumbled upon this book and have it added to my kindle library. I will keep this book there as a reference to grow in life and win!
As nonsensical as the Bedtime Thinker, but I'm beginning to see a pattern in the prose. I get the feeling the author wrote this in another language, probably Hindi, and somebody did a piss poor job of translating it to English.
While no one could dispute these ten principles are self-loving, there are no revelations here. "Forgive yourself your mistakes and read books," etc. All of this could be summed nicely on a frig magnet. This is a sophomoric, vanity manuscript. The prose is choppy, preachy, and not well-edited.
I really like the concepts in this book. They get right to the point of loving myself. The tips help me to rest better at night. The example of who sits in the front row of your movie screen and throws rocks, compared to who sits in the back and sees your entire screen (life) lets you know who needs to be in your life.
Couldn’t finish this book, it’s way too preachy about needing god to love yourself which is not true in the slightest. I only read it because it was free in Google books but even then don’t waste your time on this unless you’re a religious person.
I have seen this book so many times advertised. Finally, I took a chance on reading it. I'm glad I did. This is a nugget of good advice for me to take into The New Year God willing.
This is a great book to read. This book teaches you to perceive who you are, appreciate the things that love us, and helps us to love ourselves unconditionally.
