Let me preface this by saying I don't follow or put stock in astrology and that I only somewhat connect with things I have read or heard about typical Geminis so I wasn't sure how this would go but it's short, the audio was free on scribd and it's a great time to be thinking about self care so I figured I'd give it a go.
I wasn't interested in some of the content, not being a follower of astrology but I did surprisingly find that almost all of the activities or suggestions mentioned were things that I have really enjoyed, would naturally gravitate towards or can see myself really enjoying. A few examples were swimming, always trying to make sure that you have fresh and clean air, enjoying music when stressed (especially with vocal harmony), reading books + discussing them, making lists for things, keeping your hands busy to improve concentration and using colour to organize things.
Unfortunately I did find that there was A LOT of repetition throughout and that the order of ideas presented is very disorganized! Often, you'll have an activity relating to a certain area then a whole bunch of other activities and then one that strongly relates back to the original area. This could have been summarized and organized so much more nicely! It also makes me wonder if the author is just separating some ideas to have more filler content which is discouraging!
Overall, I didn't get very many new ideas but I did get a sense of wow...this book kind of gets my likes and dislikes, maybe I am more of a typical Gemini than I thought?! xD
