🌟Brief Summary:
A modern Cinderella meets Pretty in pink in a college setting 💗 how can that not be good! There’s even a Ball in this scenario💯.

-THIS IS A REVIEW FOR THE ENTIRE SERIES.

-Spencer has earned the reputation of campus Princeton Charming but not because he is an actual prince but because he charms the panties off of most the woman he meets. He’s hot, rich and lost.

-Charlie a scholarship student, a mom with MS and a hard worker. She meets the notorious Princeton Charming one night while working were he propositions her. When she splash’s a glass of champagne in his face and looses her job and series of events kick off that will change their lives forever.
—This read was so sweet but surprisingly also had a lot of depth, drama twists and turns. You can expect…..
✅Mystery
☑️Stalker
✅Cyber bullying
☑️Ball
✅Glass slipper/ok a modern version
☑️Hot rich Prince, ok prince of charming
woman’s panties off but…🤷🏼‍♀️same thing lol
✅Romance
☑️☑️Sweet swoony moments
✅DRAMA!
☑️Character Growth
✅Developed side characters
☑️College setting
✅Steamy scenes with lots of chemistry 🔥
☑️Tortured lost H
✅Innocent heroine

‼️ Opinion‼️:
I really enjoyed this. It’s definitely a relationship based romance but it has so much more. I was thoroughly entertained AND romanced. I don’t want to give away away anything except for the safety.
💯This read is safe!

-Gah the swoon moment are ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

-The growth in d both characters is 💯💯

-The steam 🌶️ just right! Such a nice balance.

-I needed more clarity about Spencer’s ex Winslow. I felt like there was constant conflicting information about their relationship. Just when I thought I understood the dynamics of their past relationship something would be said and I was like ….. wait… what!? It was confusing but I guess it didn’t really matter cause it WAS THE PAST.

-Gotta love a manwhore who only EVER Kisses the heroine.💋 even with his past there was still actions that made the heroin special and above the rest. ❤️💕💗🙌🏻.

-The only thing that REALLY annoyed me was the FMC in book 1. She was a panting simp. But she gets better and she gets a backbone in the other books so… yay!

Well, this isn’t too bad but it’s not great either 😬🤣

The H is cheesy as hell with his weird Cinderella themed sexual innuendos. 💀 I’m confused how he’s managed to get any girl on campus to sleep with him, much less enough to give him the manwhore reputation.

The h is stupid. Straight up. Red flags waving all over the place and yet she just rolls over and offers up her vCard to a guy with quasi-fiancé and who she is aware has some sort of bet going about sleeping with her. She sees evidence of the H still being attached to his ex and yet she’s still a googly- eyed dumb-dumb. This girl needs to find some self respect. I’m so embarrassed for her.

The H is jealous/possessive… sort of… he continues to allow his ex and his best friend to harass the h for some weird reason and he seems a little too attached to the ex, even though he claims it’s over. He’s super sentimental that the Ow was his first everything 😵‍💫 and the only other woman he’s kissed besides the h. Yay. 🥴🫤

Anywho, the writing style is fine, and I’ve been really in the mood for fluffy cliche predictable reads, and this definitely delivers that. Not much nuance or complexity here. Very simplistic plot and feelings and characters. I like all the these tropes and the OW/OM drama… I will be continuing to the next book, so ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Happy Halloween everyone !!!

I don’t know what you’re getting into today considering it’s a Sunday but I hope it’s someone’s pants 👖!! That goes for all guys and gals !!!

But let’s get to the important topic at hand 🖐🏽!! Why did I just find this duo in 2020? When these two get together it is a guaranteed slap 👋🏽 👋🏽!!

I love any fairytale retellings literally any but when you do it with a little bit of Cinderella I go f-Bombing insane.

Charlie’s world is literally turned upside down from the beginning to the end of this book. At one point I started to get whiplash because it was soo much drama. No one needs this much stress and anxiety right ? Sike lol 😂 you know if people are crying and dying and there is a little scandal I am here for it.

Why did this book check all my damn boxes ? Like all of the boxes. It literally made me freaking weak at one point. So you guys know I have decided to take a few days to calm my nerves 😬 because I am literally screaming every couple of seconds.

Let’s see if the “Prince🤪ton charming” can win his girl back.

Happy reading everyone !!!

This book 1 of 4 books. I'm not sure how I like Spencer and Charlotte. Charlie as her friends call her. She has a lot of fire and spunk. A moody roommate and a ill mom. Plus she hasn't gotten a dime to her name and a guy who won't leave her alone named Spencer who wants to sleep with her.

This was surprisingly entertaining, short, but delightful.
Such a sweet, frustrating, and sad story, with humor, witty banter, irresistible charm, and steamy chemistry. Set against the backdrop of Princeton University, the story follows the unlikely romance between a down-to-earth waitress and a wealthy, privileged, playboy student. The chase, the doubt, the shitty young upper class, mixed with swoon-worthy moments - I think I’ll like this series 👌
Might be around 4.75 ⭐️’s

I really enjoyed this series overall. Possibly influenced by Teddy Hamilton's voice. Pretty cookie cutter plot, and there are aspects of it I really hated. Overall it's pretty sweet.

Charlotte (virgin, scholarship kid, sick mom) is working her butt off at school and work. She's made it through school so far by keeping her head down and her legs closed (her words, not mine). While she's waitressing at a fancy gala, she catches the eye of Princeton Charming himself, Spencer Beckett (smart, senator's son). Spence might be drunk, but he still recognizes the beauty of Charlie. They are definitely from different circles, but he's up for the challenge. After all, he's earned his reputation for being able to charm the pants off any girl he wants. When Spence unintentionally insults Charlie, she throws champagne in his face and of course, gets fired from her job. Spence isn't going to give up so easily, so he tracks her down. Here's the tea ☕ ☕ ☕

These two have a lot to overcome. Charlie has a sick mom, her family is broke, and she lives penny-to-penny. She's also there on a scholarship, so she can't just skip classes and get bad grades. Spencer has issues of his own. His rich family wants him to follow in his dad's political footsteps and do all the things rich people do. He's also still recovering after his brother died in a car accident after getting high. He has a snooty ex, Winslow, who his parents want him to marry. She's exactly what you'd expect from a rich girl. They don't love each other, but Winnie wants what clout that will come from marrying him. There's also his douche bag BFF, Prescott, who wants to keep Spencer from slumming it with a waitress. He's a jerk in this book, but he gets a little better later on. Charlie has a friend, Tatum, who wants more than friendship, but she only sees him as a friend.

In this book, Spence and Charlie get together, have misunderstandings, then get back together, then more misunderstandings. He does take her V-card which is pretty good. There is condom usage, which sucks. Spence really does have serious feelings for her and he doesn't cheat.

We don't have to deal with Charlie's sick mom until the end of this one. Thankfully. I hate the whole sick/dying family member trope. It's not fun or interesting. Plus, I hate all the whining and crying that comes with it. It gets worse in some of the other books, but for this one, it's not bad.

AUDIO Teddy Hamilton has a sexy voice and it works for a college age guy. Melissa Barr sounds ok when she's just talking - it's when she tries to use a sexy "O" voice that makes my ears bleed. It's terrible.

Like I said - I like this little series.

When Charlotte meets the campus playboy, nicknamed Princeton Charming, it's not exactly one of those sweet meet cutes we all adore. Nope, it ends with champagne thrown in his face, and her with no job. So how can she possibly think of dating such a cocky, entitled jerk? Well, her body doesn't seem to care that he's a jerk, that's why.

I liked Kissing Princeton Charming, but I have to say that Spencer and Charlotte didn't exactly endear themselves to me. I didn't really connect with either of them, but their story is definitely entertaining enough that I'll probably read all of the planned 4 books.

More college drama between the haves and have-nots. Jealousies and lies reign throughout the kingdom. A prince with a dirty mouth and a virgin princess.

I certainly didn't find it much different from any of the others following this trope. I didn't hate or love. It was a Kindle Unlimited that had some good, fair and terrible reviews. The cover piqued my curiosity. The writing was so-so with a few editing hits scattered throughout.

Yes, I'll continue with the next book because this one ended on a cliffhanger and I just can't let it go. Luckily, I'm able to download immediately from Kindle Unlimited once again.

Charlie Hayes, just wants to make it through her senior year at Princeton without any issues. When her on-campus job calls for her to waitress at an event on campus, her whole life will change. There she meets Spencer Beckett, not that she doesn't know who he is, everyone on campus knows who he is. He's Princeton Charming. The man every girl drools over. There is no way a guy like him, would be interested in a girl like her. But when he does show interest, her whole world will be turned upside down. Will these two be able to make a relationship work? With Spencer's high class friends coming at her from all angles, and her own friends warning her to stay away from the infamous playboy, how will Charlie handle herself with all that is going on in her world.

Thank you to CM Seabrook and Frankie Love for the opportunity to read and review this book.

I couldn't put this book down. When I picked it up the first day, I read 70% of the book in the first setting. It drew me in from the very start and I didn't want the story to end. This is a four part series, that you have to read in order. I was really sad to get to the end of this book especially since I didn't know I was at the end. My kindle told me there were 19 minutes left in the book, but when I turned the page, it was the end. It left me wanting more. What is going to happen next.

College is a rough time for most of us. When you are nearing the end with all kind of decisions to make about your future, it seems as if the end is closer than you are ready for. For Charlie, she is focused on getting her degree so she can get a job to help her family with the ever growing medical bills from her mother. Having Spencer Beckett enter her life at this time is not what she is looking for even though it's something she has dreamed about. When they begin to spend time together, it's hard to separate the man she has in front of her with the reputation he is known for. Will she be able to trust him or will she have to live her life without him?

I can't wait to find out what happens in the next book, Dating Princeton Charming.

Kissing Princeton by Frankie Love
This series had me on the edge of my seat, this is a four-part series and each leaves you wanting more. Spencer and Charlie are the modern fairytales. Spencer is a rich kid that is nicknamed around school Princeton charming because of all the women he's had. Charlie is a smart girl always working hard on and off school especially to help her parents back home so when she meets Spencer things are off. I really enjoyed this story I had my moments with spencers best friend he was someone I didn't trust but we will see in the next story.

A very well written romance with a great storyline and plot. The characters are likeable and well described. They develop nicely through the story.
I like it is written in dual POV because that gives the reader a lot more of the thoughts and feelings of the main characters. That brings the story closer and makes it more real.
Spencer is a typical boy in this story. He is thinking about girls all the time and sex of course. He is rich and a player. Charlotte is the sweet and innoncent girl that thinks a lot about her future and school. A pair that looks very different but are forced together.
A sweet romance that has all the school stuff in it. A cliffhanger in the end but I look forward to reading the next in the series.

Spencer and Charlotte are a fairy tale waiting to happen. I normally don’t possess the patience for series going in knowing it’s a cliffy, but for this Gem I’m happy to make an exception. They are from different worlds but they are able to see pass the classes to recognize a kindred soul. Charlotte can’t believe that Princeton’s Prince would be remotely interested in her as anything more than a one and done conquer, but there is something just inescapable about them. Spencer finds himself breaking every rule where Charlotte is concerned. Prepare for a nail biting cliffhanger, but this duo is worth every moment.

Can you imagine the way I was feeling when I received a new message from these authors saying that they had a secret project and they wanted my input on it?? I was super excited about it and couldn't start it fast enough. Who would have thought that this simple Portuguese girl, that used to hate reading would be enjoying this so much.
Frankie Love and C.M. Seabrook has been in my book life for a while now and I can't wait to meet them in person...
Kissing Princeton Charming is their latest release and tells the stories of Spencer and Charlie.
Spencer is fed up with the life he has. Being born into a rich family, a politician family is exhausting and he's fed up with all the lies and appearances... He's grieving his brother´s death and that isn't easy. He's cocky and because of his smooth ways he has a peculiar nickname. When he attends a boring and fake as hell party he couldn't take his eyes from...
Charlie is feisty that always speaks what's on her mind. She doesn't take shi*** from no-one not even from Princeton Charming... Secretly she has a thing for him but she can pursue it.
She needs to work to be able to pay her bills, so her days are filled with studying and working...
I'm mad. I mean happy that this books was amazing but mad because it ended.... I want more... Like right now...
Perfect plot, superb writing full of feelings, emotions and desire.
The chemistry these two share is beautiful despite the bumpy start.
How can two different souls merge? How can you know you're worth fighting for?
Reading this book was a pleasure. There were some bumps on the road but that only proved to me that this was going to be a masterpiece.
Page after page and I was getting even more addicted to this story. And we have some pretty hot stuff into the mix as well.
Seriously guys? You couldn't give me the all story? No... You just needed to torture me a bit...
Please give the rest of the story because you guys have some explaining to do...

WOWZA! Kissing Princeton Charming (The Princeton Charming Series Book 1) delivered a PHENOMENAL start to what is sure to be an AMAZING & EXCITING series.

What an extraordinary collaboration between Co-Authors, C.M. Seabrook & Frankie Love. These two need to keep on writing as a team. They make MAGIC happen. This is a modern day fairy tale with all the awesomeness that goes along with one.

That awesomeness includes the unabashedly rich, flovable, sexy and sweet talking Hero, Spencer Beckett who has a playboy reputation and a silver tongue that makes all the girls weak in the knees (myself included), the beautiful but ever struggling, pauper/fair maiden Heroine, Charlie Hayes who starts out as a pawn but quickly proves she’s anything but. This couple have a sizzling hot and electrifying attraction they both can’t deny.

What I love about the Spencer is he is so smitten with Charlie and that even though he knows his feelings for her go against everything he thought he didn’t want, he still moves forward and attempts to court. I found that quite appealing not to mention his funny ways and slick words had me foaming at the mouth.

What I love about Charlie is that she’s not stupid (obviously not since she’s a student at Yale University). She knows all about his playboy reputation and his rich spoiled lifestyle and is able to keep him in line. Although she feels, along with many others, that she doesn’t fit into his world/social circle, she just can’t help herself and falls victim to his dirty mouth and blatant good looks but remains leery.

But he doesn’t let up on her. He wants her BAD! The banter back and forth between this duo is sexy and hilarious and keeps me engaged in the story. So fun…..

Now, we all know that every fairy tale need a villain. Well, let me tell you there are all sorts of villain types in this book. Friends, foes and exes alike. I loved to hate them as much as I hated to love them if that makes any sense. I was grinding my teeth and found myself wanting to throat punch and junk kick a few of them regardless if they were male or female. They are a nasty bunch of evil doers. How fun is that?

Someone is out to get Charlie and like every great fairy tale, betrayal and danger lurk around every corner putting the H & h, not to mention the reader, on high alert. I was sleuthing, trying to figure out the “who done it?” part. I have my many suspicions but there are just way too many who it COULD be. There are so many potential suspects but, alas, I was left bleeding for answers.

I’m NOT kidding when I say I read this book THREE times in a row!!!! I NEVER do that EVER!! I read it so many times because I didn’t want to miss a thing and man I’m glad I did. I loved it even more each time I read it. IT’S JUST THAT GOOD!

Why do I love this book so much? Because there is NEVER a dull moment, it was HIGHLY ENTERTAINING, the writing is SUPERB and even after reading this book three times, MY ADRENALINE IS STILL PUMPING.

It’s funny, suspenseful and even cheeky at times. This couple is just SO engaging and fun. What sucked me into this story? EVERYTHING! Kissing Princeton Charming is such a great romantic suspense thriller fairy tale that had me grinding my teeth in frustration while simultaneously panting and grasping for more more more. More of this couple, more suspense and more sleuthing and left me sitting here on pins and needles waiting for the second book, Dating Princeton Charming.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ENGAGING, ENTERTAINING AND SUSPENSEFUL 5 STAR FAIRY TALE THAT IS CHOCK FULL AND OVERFLOWING WITH CHARM.

Chipping Away At Love

Well now!
It looks like Princeton Charming ( Spencer Beckett ) and the women whose captured his attention, commoner Charlie (Charlotte Hayes ) will not have it on easy street if they want to take their lust filled standoff to the next level!!
Princeton Royalty vs. The Commoners!
The first book out of four, in what is shaping up to be a smoking hot, drama-filled plot twisted story with many layers, sabotage, wit, classic alpha charm, and female sass, once I started reading, I couldn't stop! It's official! I'm hooked!
Frankie Love and C.M Seabrook are working fictional magic over here! I cannot wait for them to give us more!

Kissing Princeton Charming by C.M Seabrook and Frankie Love has all the wows, swoons, and feels. Book 1 of 4 in the series introduces a lot of interesting and fascinating characters.
Charlie & Spencer are super crazy cute, just hilarious & red- hot!
Charlie is a scholarship kid trying to make her dream happen at Princeton. She's not a trust fund kid & has to work for anything and everything not covered by her scholarship; Things change when entitled, pampered Spencer 'Princeton Charming' gets under her skin and makes her lose her job which just devastates her. Now she in desperate rush, trying to get another job because if she can't get another one soon she won't be able to go home for Christmas. Her Mom's health issues have put added stressors on her and she can't not be there. Yet she can't help the way Spencer makes her feel, knowing he's a playboy jerk with a reputation.
Spencer sees Charlie & cant help himself for acting the way he does. Their encounter lights a fire in him that he hasn't felt in awhile. She's smart, sweet, sassy and strong- she stands up for herself which turns him on the more she fights the attraction. In Spencer's world, a girl like Charlie (a good girl) is only get hurt. Yet why can't he bear to leave her alone? They have this push/pull that is part of the story and I liked the angsty feel this story had , along with the drama, tension, heat, sizzle, passion, heartache, twists and romance. The book ends on a cliffhanger so I can't wait for book 2 to continue this journey.

Omg. This book and I did NOT have a happy ending.

It's fair to say, that my feelings at the end were this:

I honestly didnt see the appeal of Spencer. Ok, so he's rich. He had crap friends and his parents were awful. The only person that I liked in his life was his sister. I had hoped that Charlotte would become friends with her, but aside from running into her once or twice, that never happened.

I can't even say Charlotte had good friends. I think they both were up to no good themselves.

If you know me at all, you know that I like a good steamy read as much as the next person...but this was just cheesy. And I'm not even talking sex scenes. Everything out of Spencer's mouth was sexual in nature. And when he wasnt talking, he was thinking about sex with Charlotte. Oy was one note, and frustrating.

And dont even get me started on the end of the book. I literally threw my hands in the air.

The only thing I really enjoyed about this book was the little bit of suspense regarding the notes that someone was leaving for Charlotte. At the only thing I ended up being interested in.

Will I continue with this series to find out the outcome?....no. I won't. I'm done.

Spencer Beckett is know as Princeton Charming.

Charlie is working as a server at an event where Prescott makes a bet with Spencer invoking Charlie.

Charlotte “Charlie” is no Cinderella.
She sees through the charm.
Her mother is ill, she’s working two jobs to get through school. She’s the antithesis of a life of privilege.
Unlike Spencer.
Who gets her fired.

Spencer’s parents want him to settle down with Winslow, his first everything.
He’s still in their pocket and not quite a man.

He looses the bet, but will he win the girl?

Such a problematic story.
I liked it at first, and I thought that the characters have potential- Originality even planning to rate it 4.5⭐️.
Knowing of their financial status, they were going to have problems- but come on!
Charlotte didn’t even fight for her love, she believed everyone over whom she loves. Spencer was still standing strong over her- but seriously- whenever his ex was around he was a totally different guy.
“She’s pretty, she’s gorgeous...” - aren’t you in love with Charlie?
The end was disappointing, and I don’t plan on reading the rest of the books.

This started off soooooo good, and I was really excited about it. Then it sort off lost its umpfh, and the story became like every other super rich guy poor girl college story I’ve read. The excitement and unpredictability was lost. I also didn’t feel there was enough background or depth to make their quick relationship feel awkward. Not sure if I will continue with the series or not. I’m not very vested in the characters.

This is a new adult romance that’s heavy on the angst, drama and hookups that represent modern college life. The characters are somewhat clichéd with the rich, popular, arrogant campus playboy who chases the working class, virginal, scholarship student. I was disappointed that Charlotte/Charlie gave in to her attraction to Spencer so easily. Considering her feelings regarding the rich and privileged, I had really hoped that she would be guided by her head and not so much by her hormones. Spencer for his part seems to really want to break away from the future his parents have planned for him – if only he’ll be given the chance. Can he prove to Charlie that he’s sincere in his pursuit of her despite the interference of his so-called well-meaning friends? It’s a quick read that suffers from a fairly predictable storyline that’s fortunately offset by some suspense and several steamy scenes.

Cute story, but I will not be continuing on with the series. If you enjoy a good romance with some typical rich boy meets struggling college girl drama, then I do recommend this.

Charlotte AKA Charlie is busting her butt in school while dealing with her mothers illness and trying to stay focused.
Spencer is exactly what you would imagine a spoiled rich boy to be, and yes I say boy because until he opens his eyes to the truth about his friends and lifestyle he's still an immature punk to me.
He meets Charlie and he starts to see things a bit differently, he realizes he can't be what his parents expect of him. That his friends aren't all their cracked up to be and do not have his best interest at heart.
Charlie & Spencer are opposites but they find common ground and eventually more.
Kissing Princeton Charming is a sweet college romance with some characters that will make you want to clock them, repeatedly in Prescott's case, as well as characters who stand by their friends through thick and thin.
