Not too bad. Motivation if you are thinking of doing an Ironman. It is an old book so some of the advice has definitely moved on a bit though.

A nice guide

Overall a nice guide and some quality best practices for those training for the Ironman!
The book does have several typos and it needs proper editing. Other than that I would still recommend it as a guide.
