BRUTAL MURDER IN THE SWEDISH UPPER CLASS. BETRAYAL, REVENGE AND ABUSE OF POWER.

DESPAIR is a tough, socially critical crime drama/thriller based on decades of thought on violence against women, and the role of children as the invisible victims. The book also depicts an early #metoo movement, before it became a well-known concept.

Very strange but excellent book. After a few chapters they got somebody in custody who they think is the killer.... but more disappearances seem to have the same pattern as this bloody murder... And as they seek they uncover some hidden agendas... and the end of the book was astonishing and certainly not expected... Very good indeed
