Picked by Daddy by Autumn Winters is a taboo short story that I listened to on audio narrated by Ruby Rivers and La Petite Mort. . I absolutely loved La Petite Mort voice for the daddy. Ruby Rivers did a great job narrating but I felt the voice she used for Christina was a bit whiny and made her sound younger than 20. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves Taboo Romances.

This short story will have you wanting more. The storyline took a turn I was not expecting but it does lead the way to more steamy scenes in the series. Excellent narration from both narrators.

Quick listen narrated by La Petit Mort and Ruby Rivers, this follows where we were left hanging in book 6! Christina has gotten herself into a situation that is sure to cause some friction, and her "Daddy", Jonah is going to have to help her deal with it. It's amazing that this short can make you feel heartbroken in one scene and in the next, it's hot and steamy! It's naughty and so taboo! The incredible narration is what drew me to the story, and La Petit Mort and Ruby Rivers deliver with their performance. La Petit Mort has a way of drawing you into his characters, and even Jonah who I can't decide if I liked, pulled me in. Ruby Rivers creates Christina with a slightly bratty feel, perfect for this character. Loved the narration.

This shorty is the follow up to SPANKED BY DADDY. I found that one enjoyable but the ending to this was really bad IMHO. It was definitely realistic but it was just a horrible thing to come across in a story that’s supposed to be an erotic romance. Up until that point however I was enjoying this although I wasn’t really a big fan of “Daddy”.

I feel that the narrators helped improve upon the story. While I would’ve enjoyed a better performance from the female narrator she still did a good job.

This book was not for me. Even though it had some pretty explicit sexual encounters in it I was put off by the content. Having a relationship with your dad that resulted in your mums suicide was not something I enjoyed reading. It was callous and heartless.

A short, very fast paced taboo erotic read / listen. My favorite thing about this listen was the narration. I loved the dual narration and the sweet, breathy sound of Christina and the deep, raspy sound of Jonah. Christina needs a firm hand to keep her in line and step dad Jonah is just the man to fill the role. Full of taboos from the very beginning, lots of "twisted" scenarios but a super sizzling hot erotic read for sure.

AUDIOBOOK Review: Incredibly, undeniably hot mixed with the taboo step-dad! I need an extinguisher! While parts are a bit depressing, the scenes between Christina and Jonah are what start wildfires.

I listened to this book. The story flowed and the narration was great. I had a problem with the topic. So that is on me. If you enjoy this type of story, I think you will like it. It needs to be your cup of tea. I found out it isn't mine.

This was definitely an interesting story. The story had some twist and events happen that I didn't expect. The overall story was ok. The use of two narrators helped. I don't see myself recommending this to others.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 Stars): Yep, it was a book I read. I turned the pages, absorbed the words, and emerged...unchanged. It was a pleasant enough journey, like a scenic detour that you wouldn't necessarily take again, but didn't regret.
⭐️⭐️ (2 Stars): This book existed. I finished it. That's about the highest praise I can offer. If you're looking for something truly captivating, maybe keep scrolling. This one's more of a "it filled the silence" kind of experience.
⭐️ (1 Star): Oh dear. This book and I did not get along. It was a literary tumbleweed in the vast desert of good books. Consider this a strong "do not recommend," unless you're conducting research on what not to do in storytelling.

This taboo mini novella was enjoyable. The narration by La Petite Mort and Ruby Rivers was great. I had some issues with some of the Alpha like behavior of Jonah in this book, and I just didn't love how some of the loose ends tied up. That being said i enjoyed the book and I am glad I listened to it.

If I had liked the kink, it would have been fine for a short 35 min story. PNP (Step) daddy gets dtr preg, his wife/her mom commits suicide so they can be together, adult nursing. Duet narration with pseudonyms of Tor Thom and Charley Ongel.

Read it first, and then got the audio book! Wow!! It's even better with the deep voice of La Petite Mort and Ruby Rivers did a great job with Christina!! Holy Hotness!!!!
