HOT! And a fantastic story!
Abigail's husband dies unexpectedly and she works to rebuild her life and find her purpose in the world. During this journey she finds that her husband wove a web of schemes and deceit. She begins a career as a writer as she begins her personal growth and self discovery as well as her self-confidence and sexual awakening.
Anika is an incredible writer who has the ability to draw you in and make you feel like you are a right there in the action. Perfectly steamy! I can't wait to see what Abigail gets up to next!

This book was HOT! If you’re into the immediate sex books(which a lot of people are) then this is a great short story. When readers buy a short story for sex they usually don’t want to wait for it to happen. So this was a smart move if the author is using sex as a selling point.
There’s not a ton of build up but the lead character is a take the bull by the horn kinda girl. A lot of times women are afraid of their sexuality, or what society will think of them if they say what position they like in bed. This character was a fresh breath of air by doing exactly that.
I would definitely read more from this author.

This short story is about a young widow who learns a whole lot more about herself and her late husband along a journey of recovery. Along the way, she meets some handsome men and great friends.

Another short story before I figure out what to read next. Just over 40 pages with a lot crammed in. And I mean a lot. Abi’s husband is dead and she finds out he’s scum. Cue moving, business decisions, new life and two guys. To me it felt rushed and the sex was like a porno and did get cringy.

I absolutely loved this book! I love how Abigail pushes herself back into the world after her awful husband’s death, only to uncover the secrets and betrayals he kept hidden from her.
I especially enjoyed the sizzling, erotic journey of self-discovery with two incredibly sexy men—it added so much depth, tension, and heat to her story.
The ending was everything. I loved it, and now I need to know what happens next! This book completely pulled me in and took over my mind in the best possible way.

After the passing of her husband, Abigail discovers the secrets and betrayal of her husband. This is a hot novel and I really enjoyed the fact that it was a short-read. Easy to read in one sitting as the character and story line keeps you hooked on the book! A great read from a new author! I loved it. Can’t wait for more from Anika Lynn.

Quick and easy read.
I like the characters Abigail was a little bossy but yet a very easy going character. It was a quick and easy read. My only problem was that it didn’t have any real RH going on. The last couple paragraphs of the book said she was with both guys and they were ok with it. To me that doesn’t make a book RH.

If your wanting a fast pace read than this ones for you. I really liked Abigail she handled herself well. The story was good, I wanted more.
