This fairytale doesn't end at midnight. With one kiss Spencer Beckett swept Charlotte Hayes off her feet. But dating Princeton Charming comes with a cost. And Charlie can barely afford her life, let alone the drama that comes with being Spencer's girlfriend. His family won't accept her. His friends think she's trouble. And she's doubting her place in his exclusive world. When a stalker's threats become increasingly serious, Charlie needs more than a prince. She needs a white knight. And Spencer isn't the only guy vying for Charlie's affections. Can this prince keep his girl's heart, without losing his crown? ** Dating Princeton Charming is book two in the four book Princeton Charming Series.
Frankie Love writes filthy-sweet stories about bad boys and mountain men. As a thirty-something mom to six who is ridiculously in love with her own bearded hottie, she believes in love-at-first-sight and happily-ever-afters. She also believes in the power of a quickie.
❤️ Get ready to fall in love ... you deserve it! ❤️
Charlie has jetted off to her hometown after getting a call from her pops saying her mom wasn't doing too good. If you forgot, Charlie's mom is in the hospital super sick. Spencer is really distraught that Charlie took off and is now ignoring his calls, so he does what all rich guys do... he flies to her home and saves the day. They share a sweet Christmas moment of snowball fights and decorating the tree. Side note - I'm tired of FMCs that argue when their rich men try to help them. Her mom is dying-ish, they have hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt, triple mortgages, and she's complaining that he paid off the medical bills??? Sometimes you just need to accept the help. Anyway.... Then it's back home for NYE.
Charlie also has a stalker. Guess who it is?? Well, I don't know either... there are really so many choices!! Winslow is still a twat trying to break them up. Prescott is still a douche and keeps referring to Charlie as a piece of ass. Tatum keeps trying to make his move.
The first several chapters when Charlie is dealing with her sick mom grates my nerves. I'd only listen to Spence's POV during that time period. Once they're back to college life, you can pick up both POVs again. I just hate the freaking sappy dying mom stuff. It doesn't make me feel romantic.
This one ends on another cliffy. Are Spencer and Charlie really doomed? Their lives are so different. Can they overcome it?? Don't know.
PS. I feel like Frankie really dropped the ball on the sex. There are more fades on this one. I would rather have 3 really good sex scenes than have several sex scenes that just fade out.
The drama! As this story develops, it becomes increasingly more complicated and chaotic. It seems as if Charlie can’t trust anyone around her, and the pressure of her circumstances becomes a bit overwhelming! I can’t wait to get started on the next one 👏
Second round -- and the plot thickens. Is he really a prince or a rotten egg? Charlie isn't sure what to believe anymore. Someone is making her life miserable and trying to make her look bad. Her dad's lost his business and not telling her. What is she to do? Runs to her best buddy -- the football hottie. And that's not going to make the glass slipper fit well when the prince arrives to find Charlie in an embarrassing situation.
On to round 3 -- but it's not available yet. So waiting I shall do. I'm in too far now to turn back. I want to know who the bad guys/girls are and if Cinderella gets her man.
3.5 stars Dating Princeton Charming continues with the story of Charlie and Spencer. It is now Christmas break and Charlie has gone home to be with her family. Her mom isn't doing too well and even though she has lost her job, she knows she is where she needs to be. When Spencer shows up at her door, she is not only shocked, but also very excited to see him. Things are great with the just the two of them together, but will they be able to maintain this happiness once they are back on campus?
Thank you to Frankie Love and C.M. Seabrook for the opportunity to read and review this book.
For me, I didn't enjoy this book as much as I did the first one, Kissing Princeton Charming. I still can't wait to see where this series is going to go.
When the scholarship girl gets with the man on campus who has a building named after his family, there seems to be nothing buy chaos. From threatening notes, to bricks being thrown, and fights between just about everyone, life shouldn't be this hectic. It would be so much easier on everyone if Charlie and Spencer weren't together, but since they've had a taste of each other, they can't let the other go. Will their relationship be able to last with such a difference between the two, or will they have to let each other go?
This is book 2. I love the fact there dating but I wish Windsor would take a walk off a short pier. And Preston he is binding something.!! I'm so glad book 3 is out because I need to know what's going to happen.
🌟Brief Summary: A modern Cinderella meets Pretty in pink in a college setting 💗 how can that not be good! There’s even a Ball in this scenario💯.
-THIS IS A REVIEW FOR THE ENTIRE SERIES.
-Spencer has earned the reputation of campus Princeton Charming but not because he is an actual prince but because he charms the panties off of most the woman he meets. He’s hot, rich and lost.
-Charlie a scholarship student, a mom with MS and a hard worker. She meets the notorious Princeton Charming one night while working were he propositions her. When she splash’s a glass of champagne in his face and looses her job and series of events kick off that will change their lives forever. —This read was so sweet but surprisingly also had a lot of depth, drama twists and turns. You can expect….. ✅Mystery ☑️Stalker ✅Cyber bullying ☑️Ball ✅Glass slipper/ok a modern version ☑️Hot rich Prince, ok prince of charming woman’s panties off but…🤷🏼♀️same thing lol ✅Romance ☑️☑️Sweet swoony moments ✅DRAMA! ☑️Character Growth ✅Developed side characters ☑️College setting ✅Steamy scenes with lots of chemistry 🔥 ☑️Tortured lost H ✅Innocent heroine
‼️ Opinion‼️: I really enjoyed this. It’s definitely a relationship based romance but it has so much more. I was thoroughly entertained AND romanced. I don’t want to give away away anything except for the safety. 💯This read is safe!
-Gah the swoon moment are ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
-The growth in d both characters is 💯💯
-The steam 🌶️ just right! Such a nice balance.
-I needed more clarity about Spencer’s ex Winslow. I felt like there was constant conflicting information about their relationship. Just when I thought I understood the dynamics of their past relationship something would be said and I was like ….. wait… what!? It was confusing but I guess it didn’t really matter cause it WAS THE PAST.
-Gotta love a manwhore who only EVER Kisses the heroine.💋 even with his past there was still actions that made the heroin special and above the rest. ❤️💕💗🙌🏻.
-The only thing that REALLY annoyed me was the FMC in book 1. She was a panting simp. But she gets better and she gets a backbone in the other books so… yay!

Let me just say that I'm overwhelmed with every single book that these ladies had written. Each book stole a piece from my heart but I don't mind... Frankie Love and Chantel Seabrook know how to capture our attention and make us laugh or cry or shout... And the hot stuff will melt your panties. Lol. Dating Princeton Charming is their latest release and it's the second book from the Princeton Charming Series. But I need to tell you something. This book is not a standalone therefore you need to read Kissing Princeton Charming and then this one. This new book continues to explore Spencer and Charlie´s lifes. And you need to get ready for it. The last book ended with a cliffhanger and I was mad... Oh so mad... But when I started to read this one let's just say that putting it down wasn't an option... I don't know how I feel right now.... I loved the book but I'm mad at the same time. Lol. Does this makes sense to you? I'm happy because it was a great book but mad because I have to wait for the next one... Ugh... Why? Why? Fantastic plot, super engaging, pretty detailed and so hot at the same time. The main characters share a great chemistry but the situations that surrounds them can be overwhelming. This book gave us love, friendship, desire as well as greed, betrayal, lies and deceive. Each scene had the ability to hook me up in a way that I needed to keep reading and reading and now it's over.... Seriously Frankie and Chantel... Why are you doing this to me? Why? I need the next book... Like now... I don't want to wait... I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
I’m enjoying this series. I can’t wait for the third book. Not too sure how I feel about the author releasing these books about 3 weeks apart and so far they have ended with a lead into the next book so you have to keep reading. Probably could have put two of the books into one instead of having four separate books.
Dating Preston Charming is the second book in The Princeton Charming Series. And it picks up right were book 1 left off.
I’m loving this series each book comes out. Spencer and Charlie are trying to deal with dating and everything is going wrong for them. No one is approving of them being together and things start to slowly unravel in their relationship. Once again this series is full of emotions and angst. I can’t wait for book 3 to see what happens.

This series is super cute and quick... fast paced and the books are not standalone. So now I wait for book 3 and 4 to be on Libby! In book 2, the relationship between Spencer and Charlie is now official... but now come the threats, the comparison of their lives and whether Charlie can deal with it or not.
And just when you think things can’t get any worse, they do. Despite how much these two love each other, there are just too many things going against them. At every corner. They can’t seem to catch a break.
What I love about this story is, your focus isn’t just on the main characters. I mean it is for the most part, but there are a few secondary characters that I just want their stories too. I’m sure they’re not all shady and shifty, but with the stalker on the loose I honestly don’t know who to trust. Who genuinely has Charlie’s back, and who’s out to harm her? Gah! The suspense.
And the chemistry between Charlie and Spencer is again off the charts. They. Are. Hot. Together. But they also have their sweet.
This story keeps sucking you in to the point you can’t put the book down. Just one more chapter, until you get to the end and...you’re left hanging. But I love that the build up, and you practice gagging for the next book.
So far this series hasn’t disappointed. It’s only gotten better in my opinion. So if you haven’t picked up book one yet, do it now.

Seabrook's "Dating Princeton Charming (The Princeton Charming Series Book 2)" via Booksprout; I recommend this book to others based upon its own merits. All opinions expressed within this review are uniquely my own & freely given! Until next time... Happy Reading!
The start to part two of this series is one of deep sorrow and hopelessness for the main female character. In tandem with these issues, the relationship between herself and the main male character starts to develop with more depth. Additionally, there are also a number of negative happenings at school for the main female character: sinister threats, class distinctions, name calling and social media bullying. Her plate is indeed overloaded. However, in all this, she is still deeply worried about her Mom, her parents' finances, her job situation, and oddly enough, concerns about her grades, as she is in college after all. She would get along well with Linus from "Charlie Brown" as they both seem to have a black cloud following them around.
In contrast, overtly, the main male character seems to have a golden cloud following him around. However, the main male character also has some very difficult situations he is trying to navigate through. He perpetually deals with his family, so, similar stresses as the main female character but at the other end of the spectrum. The oppression he feels is one of parental expectations without any regard for his individuality, lack of respect and their hierarchical thinking. He also really misses his elder brother. His group of friends also embrace the same lifestyle and attitudes as his parents. He is trying to wend his way through a mine field full of expectations, both from his family and from his group of friends. His support system seems pretty non-existent.
All of the above seems like a pressure cooker full of one too many situations and as a result is ready to explode. Book 3 of 4, the next book in the series, will hopefully untangle and eradicate some of these issues currently facing the main male and female characters. Otherwise, I feel they will be going through myriad of "Bounty" trying to soak up all the messiness surrounding them both.
Engrossing read. Very high entertainment value.
I voluntarily received an advance review copy of this novel and I am leaving an honest and unbiased review. I have no affiliation to this author.
Again I have issues with Charlotte and the choices she makes and how she deals with it
Spencer, has made some bad choices but I like him well enough
Windslow (sp?) is a Btch, Charlotte knows this and should not go with anything she says, seriously that whole scholarship thing she tried to scare Char with, that is the whole point of a scholarship, they need money. Windslow = load of crap
Not sure what Preston's (Prescott) deal is, do I like him or is he working some strange angle?
Tatum, I actually like him, and wish this was Charlotte and Tatum story and no Spencer at all. Not a fan of love triangles at all, and that is what this is turning into.
Daphne (or whatever the roommate's name is) needs to be slapped or something, not a fan of her.
Jill/ Jane (the other work study) I like her.
I enjoy college romance for the college aspect of the material, the more grownup drama but still kids and figuring themselves out. This however is like TV show level (90210, One Tree Hill, all those shows I didn't watch) high school drama. Way more cliquey that what college is.
While I will go ahead and finish this series b/c I am listening to it on Hoopla and therefore it is free, I am glad I did not spend a credit. I have a feeling the "drama" is only going to get worse and more aggressive.
I randomly stumbled upon Kissing Princeton Charming via a Facebook ad yesterday. I don’t usually pay much attention to ads but the aesthetically pleasing cover caught my eye. I’d just finished a book the night before but not started another yet so I decided to download that one in the way that you buy new socks instead of doing laundry or sorting through the mismatched ones you have. Anyway, I devoured it in one sitting only to get to the last page and find out it was actually book one of a series.... and the next book hadn’t been released yet. That would never do so thank the Lord, authors and Booksprout for allowing me to get my hands on an advanced copy of Dating Princeton Charming because there was no way I’d have been able to wait for the release. I really like these characters. Like, a lot. Even though I’m a little frustrated with both of them after this ending. They are multidimensional and somehow, both incredibly relatable even though at first glance, they are complete opposites. They have depth and brains but they’re still a whole lot of fun. Extra points for Charlie being a Michigan girl. I can’t say much without giving away the answers to book one’s cliffhanger so I’ll just give it five stars and sink in to book 3 so I can see how this all ends up.
In Dating Princeton Charming, we have the continuation of Spencer and Charlie's story. Spencer and Charlie are from two different worlds with people around them conspiring to tear them apart; his mom, his friends, and her friends. Just when Spencer and Charlie take a step forward in their relationship, they get pushed two steps back. Can Spencer step up and prove to Charlie that his feelings for her are real? When threats from a stalker escalate, can Spencer keep Charlie safe? Can Charlie and Spencer make their relationship work when it seems everyone is against them? I loved Dating Princeton Charming by C.M. Seabrook and Frankie Love. Dating Princeton Charming is full of drama, angst, suspense, laugh out moments, and moments of frustration. The chemistry between Spencer and Charlie is scorching hot. Spencer and Charlie's friends will leave the reader wondering who is and isn't their friends. This is book 2 of 4 books in the Princeton Charming Series. I would definitely recommend reading Dating Princeton Charming and book 1, Kissing Princeton Charming. Can't wait for book 3 in this series.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I would encourage you to read book 1 because this one starts right where it ended. These two are at it yet again.. I swear I love them but they really need to figure out their lives especially Spencer. He needs to figure out what he wants and if its Charlie, then he needs to tell his parents where to shove it. He hasn't really healed from his brother's death and his friends are just using him for connections. They are just jerks. They hate that he hanging out with Charlie. Charlie, on the other hand, I love! She knows what she wants but still worries will she be good enough for Spencer. She pushes him and that's a good thing but it doesn't stop his friends from voicing their opinions and butting in to where they don't belong. This book has drama like you wouldn't believe. Everybody is coming out the woodwork in this one including her roommate and Tatum. It's a crazy whirl wind of a ride! I believe that Spencer and Charlie can make it work, they just need to work a little harder at it. They need to come out of their bubble and realize there's a real world. I liked this book and can't wait to read book 3.
I'd like to give this story 4.5 stars, leaving the half star off just because it ends on cliffhanger, like the first book did. The story picks up where the first book ended with our heroine, Charlie, dealing with her mother's sudden health setback. She leaves campus without telling anyone but her roommate, which has our Hero, Spencer, wondering where she is. Charlie's roommate, Daphne, won't tell Spencer either, fearing the campus playboy is using her roomie and will end up breaking her heart. Spencer isn't easily deterred and manages to track a surprised Charlie down, and they have an opportunity to spend quality time together, away from his pretentious Princeton friends who believe Charlie is just after Spencer's family money. On top of these issues, Charlie continues to receive anonymous warnings/messages to stay away from Spencer. Is the mystery person concerned about Charlie's heart getting broken? Does the person want Charlie for him/herself? And/or does he/she think Spencer is too notorious for sweet Charlie? These questions will not be answered in this book, but the romance between Charlie and Spencer is sweet but constantly tested.
Charlie goes home for Christmas and Spencer tracks her down. Her mom is in the hospital with MS and pneumonia. Spencer stays a few days and her mom gets a lot better. Secretly Spencer pays off all the hospital bills. For New Year's they go to NYC and Charlie sees the philanthropic side of Spencer. Winslow and Prescott continue to put her down and more. Her roommate takes her to a "green light party" and has her wear green. Someone slips her a rufie. Prescott shows up and takes her to Spencer. She continues to get threats by phone, notes, and by a rock through her window. Spencer goes back and forth between his high society life and his love for Charlie. He doesn't invite her to a high society party and Winslow arranges for her to cater the event. She sees Spencer there and realize he lied to her. Winslow and Prescott continue their evil ways. Charlie calls Tatum. What happens when Spencer finds her in Tatum's shower? What happens when she realizes she has been rufied again?

I loved the tender moments that Spencer and Charlie share, how they get to know each other, how they discover details that they didn't know. They barely know each other before.
It hurts to see how everyone opposes their relationship, how almost nobody supports them, how they only have themselves, and even that's not enough, because they don't get to be completely honest with each other. Both hide things, both lie. They don't want to hurt each other, they want to protect each other, but that doesn't help their relationship.
Ava supports them, but she is the only one. Also a couple of Spencer's friends, but the others, and Charlie's friends, not. But at least Charlie's friends aren't as cruel to Spencer as Spencer's friends are to her. Working people have more class than rich people.
I received an ARC from the author, and this is my honest review.

In book 2 of this addictive series, Charlotte and Spencer are navigating their way thru trying to date and form a relationship under the watchful eyes of their friends and Spencer’s family. There is opposition to their relationship coming from different directions, and among the tender moments that Charlie and Spencer are able to share, there is danger hiding in the shadows for Charlie.
Frankie Love and C.M. Seabrook have crafted a series that is sexy, intriguing, and perfectly paced. It’s a college romance with a dash of suspense, and I can’t wait to see what is in store for this entire cast of characters!
This series is told from dual POV, and you must read the books in order as they are not stand alones. I dare you not to become hooked on this story, and highly recommend 1-clicking the entire series!
As hard as it was to fall in love with Spencer, Charlie is finding it even harder to navigate the choppy waters of his family and friends as it seems everything and everyone is determined to keep these two apart. Charlie doesn't know who to trust, and while she knows that Spencer loves her, she has to wonder if it's enough - for him, or for her.
There's a lot of tension and suspense in this book, and as it's the second in a four-part series we are left with more questions than answers. The writing is instantly captivating, making this an easy read in which to escape. Reading them as they come out is addictive, and I'm looking forward to reading them all again in one sitting once the entire series is published. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
Another fast and easy read. In no time I was looking at my Kindle saying, "No, that can't be the end already." This is book two and even knowing this is a four book series and the cliffhanger was coming, I really wasn't ready for it to come so quickly. I am really enjoying this series and can't wait for the next two books to come out.
Is there anyone that wants to see Charlie and Spence together? (Jill, maybe Jill.) The movie Cruel Intentions comes to mind when I think about this book. It seems everyone is working against them, causing more chaos and drama for their already struggling relationship. We all know Cinderella gets her Prince Charming, but at this point they might need "all the king's horses and all the king's men" to try to put both of their hearts back together again.
This takes up where it left off on the story of Charlie and Spencer. Charlie is home now trying to help her mother that isn't doin well. Spencer and Charlie come from different background but it doesn't matter so much to them as it does others around them. Spencer knows that he wants Charlie and he is willing to do anything to show her and that's why he shows up at her home to explain everything. However with so many against them being together will they ever have a chance?
This is a great story that will captivate you from beginning to end. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover. Warning this is a series so it ends with a cliffhanger leading into the next book.

This is book two in this suspenseful romance series. Please be sure to read Kissing Princeton Charming before reading this book.
With Spencer and Charlotte (Charlie) finally deciding to officially date, things start heating up with the stalker that's been bothering Charlie. Things around Charlie are out of control, she's not sure who to trust anymore. Even her boyfriend is lying to her and it seems he cares more about his public image than he lead her to believe. With Spencer's ex-girlfriend, Winslow, doing everything she can to sabotage their relationship, I'm not sure if Spencer and Charlie are going to make it. This is such a great story and I'm looking forward to reading book three, Losing Princeton Charming.

So this gave me whiplash, these two where back and forth so much, and they already have so many people against them being together, Charlie and Spencer for creating more obstacles. This is the second book of the series and Spencer really steps it up and proves to Charlie that he cares. Now this mysterious person writing notes has stepped on the and vandalised Charlie's dorm. It's getting me all suspicious of everyone all their friends and his family. I keep getting so frustrated when Charlie would put herself in these compromised situations, I need her to lose her roommate ( that girl is shady) , and she needs to give a beat down on spoiled brat. I was so wrapped up in this book that I was so not ready to turn the page and find another cliff hanger. Come on guys i am rooting for you but you got to get it together.
