Excellent Bible Study filled with hope and ways to grow in faith. Great study for a group or personal study. Dealing with subjects such as guilt, regret, exhaustion, hopelessness and more, the author brings hope and guidance through Scripture, prayer and opportunity to take a personal view of our own lives. Encouragement is found in this amazing book. I received a complimentary copy of the book. No review was required.
This is a phenomenal Bible study! My favorite thing about it is that it is not gender-specific so it’s great for individuals or couples can do it together. The author takes people from the Bible and relates what they went through to how we can live a better, less stressed and less anxiety-ridden life today. It’s not preachy or overbearing, which I enjoyed.
