this book opens with some brief tips on going paleo. A slow cooker is a terrific tool and the recipes here are easy. The ingredients are readily available, the instructions are clear. although there are no pictures the recipes include nutritional information. Categories range from breakfast to dessert. Can't say that any of the recipes were especially novel or exciting but they all are doable and reasonably appealing.
