Finding Cooper
I need a job! So when I stumble into the Hammers MC bar to see my friend, I jump at the chance to work as the Nannie. I'll admit, Cooper, the club's president scares the hell out of me, but it's not like I will see him much anyway!
The only problem with that is I do see him, all of the god damn time! So when I fall for him, it's clear from the start I will be the one to get hurt. And boy, do I, my heart breaks so much I'm not sure if I will ever be able to fix it.
It's that same old story, girl meets bad boy and follows the bad boy into the pits of hell just so that he can rescue her, but will we live happily ever after? This is not a fairy tale and Cooper is not my prince. When will I learn that those stories are not real?
Mila works for Cooper, despite her parents warning that the Hammers MC are bad news, She needs the money so that she can move in with her long term boyfriend, Aaron.
When she catches Aaron up to no good she soon turns to Cooper for support. He lectures her on finding a real man, one that will treat her like a Queen. But when she does, he isn't exactly the King she thought he would be.
Cooper's been hurt too, not intentionally, his wife died, leaving him broken. When Mila put's him back together they face a rocky path to find the love that they both deserve!

Good read
I am not sure if I love or hate Mila, I know I don't like Cooper I just want to slap him so hard. All this shows how good the story and writing is - to evoke such strong feelings about characters in a book the writing is good.
Though I felt as if the end was rushed and somethings not clear about why they happened. I did enjoy the book and look forward to reading about the next couple.

This could’ve been stellar. The OW angst was awesome but it wrapped up in a gunshot of an ending. No closure. No showing of how a resolution was reached. The h is raped by the OM brother of H’s first wife. H rescues the h and THE END.
So many plot threads are dropped, not fully fleshed out, or never explored. This needed H POV because too much is left up in the air and unexplained. The moment the OWwife appears, the plot goes sideways and all of the delicious angst is set on fire and the buildup is burned away leaving nothing but confusion, questions, and H who is never redeemable because of the shitty story telling after the OW return.
I’m not giving this review more time. It doesn’t deserve it from me. I got too much shit to do today ;)
3.5 stars but I’m so mad at the holes in this book, I’m not rounding up.

WOW this book is an emotional roller coaster ride. Cooper is an alphahole and Mila is a strong opinionated women. Archer is adorable and the club brothers well let's just say they are a mix of I got your back and alphaholes. Cooper can’t let go of his past and Mila wants to be his future. I can't wait to see what happens next.

Had the potential to be so much better. Weak female lead and a cheating male lead. He never changed. The editing was atrocious, lots of names mixed up. Thankfully was only a short book. Wouldn’t recommend though

mila is a weak woman who forgives too easily and cooper never groveled good or hard enough. also a lot of spelling errors and some sentences made no sense.
