Digging A Hole💕💔💕💔 She'll Never Get Out Of

Jenna💃💋 is an intern at a women's political magazine in D.C., when she is sent on a typical assignment for interns. She and another intern are sent to one of the many black tie affairs to try to make some contacts with political types.

Just A small town girl from Kentucky, Jenna💃💋 feels way out of place. Then she sees a dangerous looking, extremely handsome man🐺🍆🌋👋 standing at the free bar. His eyes are on her, like he can see she is a naive young woman he can pick up for the night......
Adam🐺🍆🌋👋 is a powerful behind the scenes kind of man who always gets what he wants.
This is the first novella in a planned series, so it ends in a cliffhanger. It's a very short read.
This book📕 is for adults only and is also a murder mystery.
Great start for a new author, but I would rather the 📚books were longer with no cliffhangers. Loss of a 🌟star For the cliffhanger.
Advice. Don't make readers wait long for the next book📕, readers will forget all about you...

Short but good

This was a little teaser of a book and I enjoyed it. I’m not crazy about 13 separate novellas though...

Suspense, passion, smoldering promises of more....

...and a cliffhanger. Write faster, please!

This is a novella, the first in a series, about an amazingly hot billionaire with dark sexual desires and an innocent young woman who thinks she's too large, unsophisticated, and awkward scoring an interview with said billionaire. (Surprise, he finds her to be beautiful and alluring in her innocence).

No, it's not 50 Shades - my inner goddess can't handle that particular series again.

Yes, it's another billionaire romance, one of about a billion at this point.

Yes, it's worth reading, even with the dreaded cliffhanger ending. (Again, write faster, please).

The story starts a bit differently than others - a high society party, a smoldering, sensual tryst, she runs off like Cinderella before the clock strikes, only to find out there was a girl murdered at the party. The mystery adds a nice element to a proven romance plot.

As a serial novel, it's brief - descriptive yet every word works well to build the characters and the plot without dragging. Thus far it's dual POV from the leading lady and gentleman. An example of the writing.

"From across the ballroom, I thought he was beautiful.

Now, from up close, I can see that he's gorgeous. His eyes are a flinty blue, searching mine for any sign of distress. His face could be carved from rock, all hardness and perfect angles. And his body... even under the perfectly-tailored tuxedo, I can see the thick slabs of muscle that make up his chest, his shoulders.

And he's tall, at least 6'3", maybe more. I'm tall for a girl and heavier than I want to be... but next to him, I'm practically a toy doll."

Believable innocence conquering cynicism

Ava is an intern working towards becoming a journalist. She and her friend Toni are assigned to attend a gala occasion. She can't afford it, but splurges on a lovely dark blue dress. Consumed with shyness she freezes at the event when a slimeball won't take no for an answer.
Just when she begins to panic the most beautiful man she has ever seen suddenly disposes of the creep.
Things develop from there. He takes her to his hotel and she behaves totally out of character.
This story breathes and is alive with promise, doubt, desire, cross-questioning everything. It was too short, but written too well to put down.

Too many unknows

I love it, but I wanted more so my rating my have suffered because the storyline was cut too short. The mystery surrounding Adam Stone persona is addictive so it is Jenna's background. There's obviously an animalistic and insane attraction between these characters. Add a murder girl and the possibility that her death maybe related to Stone or to a suspected mafia boss and you have a powerful story. I'm hooked!

Steamy With a Bit of Intrigue

Is it steamy, hot, and sexy? Yes, but what really sets this apart from others in this genre is the action taking place outside of the bedroom. Washington, D.C. is the perfect backdrop for all the political intrigue in Submitting to Him. Will definitely read the rest of the series as soon as they become available.

Great short story

An innocent young woman with ideals, a hardened male with criminal ties, a little mystery, a murder , sex, intense attraction, this story has it all. The author drew me in and kept my interest right from the start. I can't wait to read the next installment of this book. This is one book you won't want to miss.

Pretty sure this was self-published; it needed a bit more content editing and it ends really abruptly (so that she can appear more prolific by publishing a few chapters at a time as separate novellas and beat Amazon's algorithm). However, if you're looking for a steamy quickie this is the book for you.

It took me a little while to get into this book but once I was there I really enjoyed it. The mystery we're now thrown into is looking like a lot of fun to resolve and Adam Stone is hot, hot, hot!! Off to download book two :)
