This book has SO much information. I don't feel like this is a great resource for beginners because it feels so much like a textbook. For more advanced users, this is a great book to pick up.

There is an incredible about of information here. It is not the typical boiled down self-help stuff - the philosophical context is there, and the author writes from deep research and study.

Given the overwhelming amount of information, this is not a book you can really read once and have everything down. It is textbook-like in many places, and there was a lot I highlighted that I will have to come back to and read again. It’s a good reference book that is best used over time.

Excellent comprehensive guide to the chakras. I have read plenty of books on the chakras and this by far is the most explanatory . She leaves little to be questioned and does a great job explaining how christian or not the chakras can help anyone who needs it.

I stand by my first remarks. This mentions quite a bit about what chakras are. The different names for them and quotes science and biblical features from every religion a teaching book this is not.
