Two Words: So Bored
Dude, I don’t know what’s wrong with me, but I’m obviously reading this series wrong.
All my friends are throwing stars at this thing like singles at a strip club and yet I find myself half heartedly shrugging my shoulder like Daria after missing a volleyball in P.E.
The plot bores me.
The chemistry feels flat.
And even after a cliffhanger ending that should have me hanging off the edge of my seat, I feel more like a fat kid whose ass is suctioned to a leather couch in the middle of a sweaty Louisiana summer.

Translation: I apathetically care not one fuck about these characters or what happens to them.
But hey, at least that means I don’t have to shell out $4.99 for the last book. #silverlining

I'm totally loving this series. Luck of the Devil is the second book in the Forge Trilogy and picks up where Deal with the Devil left off. Jericho and India are two very extreme individuals who don't easily break. Their love begins to blossom and no matter what the circumstances, there is a whole lot of passion between them. Nothing seems to be easy and with a threat looming over their heads Jericho will do anything to protect the woman he loves.
Love Jericho and his raw confession to India melt everything in me. It was not cheesy or mushy, it was honest, perfect, true to his character and that's all a girl needs to stay.
“Because you’re not a means to an end anymore. You’re inside me. In my head. In the blood running through my fucking veins.” ...“If you go, you take all that with you, along with my fucking sanity.”
“I fucking care about you, Indy. Talk is cheap, but I’m not. I’m going to prove it to you. I want you to shine, and I’m going to do everything I can to make it happen. That’s my angle.”
This was a thrilling read filled with action, romance, passion and intrigue and I could not have been more pleased. I don't think I could get ever enough of March's books! The way she writes and how she can make you feel a story is just off the charts. it's a rough journey ahead and I am looking forward to the third book in the series. Overall rating : 4.5 stars!!

I have so much that I want to say about this book, yet I can't think of anyway to actually form cohesive sentences that explain how much I loved it. Jericho and India really amped-up the angst in this book and I thoroughly enjoyed it. More secrets were revealed that have me still sitting on the edge of my seat since there's still so much more to find out about these two. I know they're going to have one kickass conclusion so I'm super excited to get the next book. Especially after this ending!
Bottom line, I need more and I'll be a ball of nervous energy until I can get the conclusion.

Loved it. Awesome characters and settings.
I am loving the story of India and Jericho but damn just when things are getting really great they always have to throw in a cliffhanger. I hate it but I sometimes love it (only when I have the next book or it’s free).
This book had India and Jericho moving forward from strangers who married each other. They each had their own reasons, his were business and hers were to rescue her kidnapped sister. Now they are beginning to have actual feelings for each other and want to give the marriage a real try.
India is now starting to believe that she does have a father out there despite the fact that her mother told her that her father was dead. Also they both know that Bastien has been making nefarious moves against India and that possibly him and/or someone else may be trying to kill her. Meghan March is a terrific writer, the action is tight, the suspense is intriguing, the romance is erotic and sexy. I can’t wait for the last book.

Book two was another fabulous read in this series by Meghan March! In this instalment we get more insight into who Jericho Forge really is and how his past moulded him into the man he grew up to be. I loved seeing his vulnerabie side come out when it came to India! They are starting to fall for each other, and I am so enjoying their romance!
Again there are a ton of secrets that come out. Nothing is smooth sailing for these two. I did love how we get to see them join forces... they make an unstoppable team! This book ends with a major cliffhanger and I’ve got to dive in right away to read the conclusion of this brilliant series!!!!

It's official; I'm Forgestruck and I will never be the same!
Luck of The Devil continues the sexy and thrilling tale of Forge and India as more secrets continue to unravel.
With each chapter, Meghan March sucks you deeper and deeper into Forge universe. I don't think I ever want to leave. Where book one brought the cold, ruthless, and enigmatic man with plenty of secrets, this book begins to peel back the layers. You get more and more peeks into the events that made him into the man he is today. You also begin to get some pretty big revelations about what put India on his radar in the first place. I didn't think it was possible to love this man any harder than I already did, but seeing him fall for India made me fall even harder for him.
India still continues to be one of my favorite heroines. The woman has sass for days and a pair of balls on her. I can't get enough of her.
There are some pretty big revelations that happen in this book with plenty of plot twists that kept me eagerly turning the pages. But of course, in typical March fashion, she leaves you with more questions than answers at the end and salivating for the final installment to see how it all ends.

I’ve been not so patiently waiting for this one!! Luck of the devil started out with a gripping moment and ended with a bang that no one saw coming. I’m still feeling the after effects and the only question that is swirling around in my head right now is, what the **** is going to happen now?!!
If you’ve read “Deal With The Devil” then you’re fully aware of what happened for Indy and Jericho. Luck of the Devil picks up exactly where they left off but we also got a lot more background on the very mysterious Jericho Forge. His past was even more riveting than I could’ve imagined and I found myself holding on to my kindle for dear life because I did not want his past story to end. I wanted to stay in his world a little bit more longer and see how he became the man that everyone fears and respects.
Indy was always a game changer from the moment Jericho laid eyes on her but the stakes were rather high in this book. Threats were coming from left, right and center and it seemed that these two were never going to catch a break without something fatally happening. Now approaching one of the biggest gamble of all time, Indy and Jericho are now at a crossroads and secrets and betrayals are the least of their concerns. Staying alive is.
I didn’t think that Jericho could make me fall for him even more in this story. I was satisfied with character development and I knew that more of him was going to be exposed as the story progresses but he really held his own in this one. Exhuding power and having determination are some of his best qualities but seeing his softer side was the best thing for me. As for Indy, there are no words for this woman! She’s strong, fiercely independent, loyal and she doesn’t take crap from anyone.
Now that I’ve gotten that part out of the way and written my love for these characters, I have to mention the dreaded cliffhanger. Eff me on site I’m going to have to start to drink when I read these cliffys now because I can’t take it anymore!!!
If you’re looking for a new sexy mysterious series to read, this one is for you.

Oh my Lordt!!! What a wild and fantastic ride!! I think I highlighted everything from the last sentence in chapter 12 through the end of the book. AND THAT ENDING!!! Oh my gah!!!

That additional information endeared me to the characters so much more. The plot progresses nicely, with the introduction of new characters. The stakes are raised when each of the main characters start to question their emotions and feelings.
All in all, I was blown away. Everything was on point, the plot, pace, characters, writing....It all worked perfectly. Kudos to Meghan March for another amazingly brilliant read that left me panting for more.

MY REVIEW
The story picks up right where Deal with the Devil left us and continues its face pace throughout, and in true Meghan March style, it will keep you guessing all the way until the end.
Forge is definitely my new favourite book boyfriend right now. the power and confidence he exudes is down right delicious. We learn more of his heartbreaking back story and see a softer more vulnerable side of him in this installment.
Some secrets about Indy's past come to the surface, and the more she finds out the less she wants to know, but it leaves her with unanswered questions and lingering emotions.
I really love Indy's character, she is such a firecracker, strong and determined. It is nice to see her let down her guard a little with Forge and begin to enjoy him rather than constantly question his motives.
As things heat up even more between the sheets, they both learn that their relationship has evolved way past just an agreement as we see some walls come crumbling down.
Well Meghan has done it again! Leaving us on the mother of all cliffhangers!!!
Argh!!!! March is too long to wait to see how it all ends in Heart of the Devil

Luck of the Devil is the awesome continuation of Jericho and India’s love story. It had suspense, romance, hot moments, twists and some banter. I’m so glad I waited to start Luck of the Devil until I had the time to devour it, because once I started this book I couldn’t stop turning those pages! It was so good!
Jericho totally won me over in this novel! I loved him more and more, the more the book progressed. He’s determined, strong, passionate, hot and rich. I loved learning more about Jericho. I also loved it how he wants to fight for India. India was just like I remembered her. She’s strong, honest, caring, sassy, smart and fierce. India is perfect for Jericho and just the woman he needs. I adore India and Jericho together!
Luck of the Devil ended with a huge cliffhanger! Can I have the next installment? Like right now? Pretty please? I really need it! I couldn’t believe how this book ended. I know I’ll drop everything as soon as Heart of the Devil lands on my kindle. I also just want to know how Jericho and India’s relationship grows even more and how this trilogy ends. I’m really loving the Forge trilogy!

5 Better The Devil You Know Stars
Straight up we are given answers but also so many new questions. We get an insight into Jericho's past and how he got to be the billionaire hottie he is now. We also get the truth on why he was so interested in Indy.
This one didn't have as much suspense, but I liked watching Jericho and Indy's relationship grow.
But the suspense and shock factor sure came back in the last 10% as we are left hanging again with another cliffy. Thank god we only have a day to wait for the next book, I can't wait to see how Indy and Jericho's story ends.

5 “You’re My Ace” Stars
So I started reading and literally finished in one day. This fast pace and deliciously wick story grabs you and doesn’t let go. This book picks up where Deal with the Devil left off. And I must say that this author packs in witty banter, suspense, action, romance and sexiness with the best of ease.
Jericho and Indy are the best at enemies to lovers. Their push and pull gets more passionate yet volatile at the same time. They are both strong and fierce but they are each vulnerable. In this book they become close to one another yet keep their distance. It’s a delicious sinfulness with these two. Jericho opens up about his past and Indy sees another side to this infamous, sexy man. He makes Indy feel safe and secure but can she really trust him? I will say that after getting a much needed lesson on winning the girl, Jericho takes it to another level showing Indy that he’s a changed man.
I will say that there are evil forces after these two as well as hidden agendas. The story keeps you guessing with its twists and turns. The cliffhanger will leave you breathless and I believe that Indy will become the Heart of her Devil in the last book.

Meghan, Meghan, Meghan...girl we have got to talk! You can not hit me with a cliff hanger like this one. I ended this book with my butt clenched, slight sweat, and holding my breath. Seriously you could have been blamed for my untimely demise.
First let's cover why I rated this a 4 not a 5. India. In this book, I found her to be a bit whinny and incredibly indecisive. These are qualities I did not expect from her. She is unbelievably smart and her ability to strategize and read people is off the charts. Yet, here those qualities wavered. Grant I'm sure this is due drastic changes in her life, but for me I missed her self assurance.
Forge....really there is nothing I can not say that I didn't say before. ULTIMATE MC! There is the added addition of him coming to the understanding on how to put India above everything else and a bit more drive for him to listen and please her. But truthfully I would take him any way I could get him. LOCK ME UP FORGE!

She increased the intensity between India and Jericho—the thrilling relationship and growing affection doesn’t wane, it escalates into something profound and heartwarming. Using a perfect combination of suspense, eroticism and fiery passion, Luck of the Devil will grab your attention, leaving you guessing and gasping at every unexpected twist, and swooning over this couple’s wonderfully heated connection.

While reading Meghan March, I’m quickly learning it isn’t worth guessing what’ll happen, but always expect the unexpected. I never thought it would be possible to fall more in love with Jericho Forge, the enigmatic, unapologetically ruthless businessman that leaves every other anti-hero a whimpering mess. He is complex and multi-faceted, a character that we’ve seen merciless and possessive, but now have the pleasure of seeing uncharacteristically sweet. Newfound tender moments and earnest desire emerges from this surprising man, leaving you swooning and overwhelmed as he borrows himself deeper into your heart.
Despite his impressive nature and magnetism, Jericho doesn’t overshadow India. She’s just as sassy and fierce, but beneath the boldness is someone vulnerable. India is desperate to have independence, though her caring heart is warring with her head as it wants the devil. It only makes this heroine admirable. And very, very real.

Luck of the Devil casts a different atmosphere, but that doesn’t make it less thrilling or exciting than Deal with the Devil. Meghan March exceeded my expectations by writing a sequel better than anticipated. It left me awed and desperate for the next installment. I am going to wait until I finish the trilogy before I write a complete reivew. I will say I did enjoy book 2 more than book 1. Forge wasn't such an alpha-hole in this one, and his relationship with Indy took a turn.
Of course there is a big cliffy that caught me by surpise. UGH!!!

Bloody hell!!!
I don't really have time to write a review, i have already read the third book, I'm just marking this as thrilling, captivating, sexy and utterly brilliant in storytelling and characterization

5+ "Ace of Hearts" Stars
I seriously don’t know where to start with this review of Luck of the Devil. I’m still full of feels and in awe after this thrilling ride with Indy and Jericho. After the first novel, I thought I had seen the full potential of this pair, but I was so wrong! Meghan March has truly shaped two great characters that glow as much individually as together. She brought the perfect combination of suspense, sexiness and humour together for another epic journey!

Jericho Forge had already caught my heart in Deal with the Devil, but I wasn’t expecting to fall even harder for this complex man. We’ve seen him merciless, possessive, protective, but his new-found tender facet had me ruined! My heart fluttered wildly from all these thoughtful gestures toward his wife. For someone who’s hasn’t know a lot of kindness, it seems as easy as breathing for him to switch to this affectionate man for India. He certainly had me weak in the knees!
As much as Jericho is imposing and magnetic, he’s not eclipsing Indy in the least. This woman is as fierce as ever and still doesn’t bow to him. Her sass and boldness with Forge is only a few of the thing that makes her so remarkable. She’s truly a badass heroine, but I cherished the moments where her vulnerability was exposed too. She wants her independence, but at the same time her heart is on the verge of succumbing to the devil and this overflow of feels is suffocating her!

With two extremely alluring characters, you can only get something mind-blowing when they’re together. They’re so intoxicating and took the heat to new limits with their torrid desire! The erotic scenes are hot with Forge’s dirty talking and India’s provocative attitude! As much as I enjoyed these spicy parts, the development of their emotional connection is also spellbinding. The bloom of their feelings is purely magical! There’s also the flirty, sexy and witty banters that I couldn’t get enough of. Every single allusion to the Kraken had me cracking up!!!
I can’t pass over the fact that the storyline is highly enthralling. There’s threats from ancient enemies and new ones that had me utterly engrossed in the plotline. Bombshells dropped here and there throughout the book had me intensely hooked!

Luck of the Devil is without a doubt my new favorite novel of Meghan March. Everything about this read was flawless! How the hell am I going to be able to wait for the last installment in The Forge Trilogy now? That ending left me downright shocked! Annihilated! I want more!!!!

Meghan March returns with Luck of the Devil, the second installment in The Forge Trilogy. If you read book one, you probably have already had your own fictional marriage ceremony with Jericho, I don’t blame you at all. He’s the type of ahole hero that breaks the mold, the kind we lust after.
Book one ended with a pretty big cliffy, so I was dying to know what was going to happen as this story continued. And in true March fashion, we get a little bit of closure and so many more questions! I loved the tie it to some prior book characters (this always makes me so happy), and loved seeing a softer side of Jericho although I can’t wait for him to make heads roll in book three.

One thing I love about Meghan March is that she knows how to keep you guessing. The moment you think you have everything figured out something comes out of left field!
The story picks up right where we left off in “Deal With the Devil” and we do get answers to some burning questions but more secrets are revealed. I love how this story always keeps me on my toes and I never know what will happen next!
In this book we get more of Forge’s backstory and it just breaks your heart. I really liked seeing the evolution of him and Indy. It was nice listening to them let their walls down around each other and really get to know each other.
I have to say that ending has me counting down the days until “ Heart Of The Devil“ releases!! I need answers and I need them now!!! I listened to the audio version of this book and as usual Joe Arden and Erin Mallon did an excellent job with their narration. They made me feel everything the characters felt as I listened and really brought the story to life!

Narrated by Joe Arden and Erin Mallon
This is the second book of the Forge Trilogy and the story just keeps getting better! Indy and Jericho really connect in this one. This is where they fall in love and watching a ruthless alpha like Jericho fall to his knees for his woman was just about the most swoon worthy and endearing sight ever! His possessiveness and protectiveness of Indy is at an all time high but he is learning he needs to win her heart and not just issue commands to her like everyone else around him.
This heroine is nothing short of fierce! Jericho's wealth, status and power did not phase her. She showed him quickly how she felt when he made demands instead of requests. Indy really shined in this book. She was smart, poised and ambitious! These qualities made her a great poker player and I actually loved reading about the technical details of how she prepared for a game. Don't worry it's not too much.
The pages heat up in this one and we get much more steam than in the first book. Jericho and Indy are nothing short of explosive together! The mystery and intrigue of both their pasts are starting to come to light but of course in true Meghan March fashion, we are left wanting so much more after this book. This was SO sexy and SO emotional with a tantalizing fast paced plot that will have you panting for the final installment!
On a final note, I will say that these narrators were absolutely amazing! Joe Arden was exceptional! No other man could be the voice of Jericho. So commanding and yet tender when he needed to be. They really took this book to another level for me. So well done!
