Hilarious AND Insightful
Simply written, but a page turner. If for nothing else, the stories are worth the purchase. They’ve done a great job of condensing down their experiences and succinctly passing along their knowledge. Highly recommended for any prospective landlords out their. Their sage advice applies well beyond just Section 8 housing rentals.
