This Novel is just so.... Full of DRAMA! So dramatic! But nonetheless I do come to love the main pairing (Jacob & Emily) very much, throughout this story, they've really came a long way despite all the challenges and obstacles.

At the beginning I felt like there are more characters I hate than love LOL, so it was very frustrating. But in the latter half of the novel, I came to have more characters I love so it's a good balance I guess.

Although I have to say that, there are some plot-holes to the story, because I clearly remembered that what happened to Rose (which is one of the characters I hate in this story), was that she cannot be pregnant again considering what Jack did to her, but later in the story, it seems like this was forgotten and she got pregnant again, and I am like "What...?". And another one was when Jacob did that operation so he won't impregnate a woman again, because he cared for Emily and didn't want her to go through the pain of giving birth, but in the later half of the story, she got pregnant with Jacob by giving born to their third child. While I am happy with this news, but when it was brought to light, I was like: "Huh???!?".... And questioned what just happened? So I don't know if the writers just simply forget her own plot/story or what, because that's just weird considering what was revealed early on. And no one actually questions it...*Sigh*

There's also quite a few overused plot like Kidnap, attempt rape/rape, trauma, and memory losses, so yeah, if you're into some drama, this novel is one for you. I also didn't like the repeated use of Memory Losses on Jacob, because it was so redundant to be honest -_-

First one was: Ok, that’s fine, understandable, and I don’t mind since Jacob was adorable when it comes to his love for Emily, despite he doesn’t remember her.

Second one was: OMG…. Damn you Sean!

Third one was: Seriously? After all that?! And he finally remembered too! >.<

Forth one was: AGAIN?! How did this happen?! *Goes back to the previous few pages*, still doesn’t make sense!

Fifth one was… *Face palm* WTF, this is getting so redundant…. Does the writer loves to give ML the memory losses or something?! Please give Jacob and this main pair a break with all these memory losses!!!!

I do love Jacob as a character on my end, but I have to really say to express my feelings that there was a period (for a long time) that I didn't love Jacob, and didn't like his decisions because it has hurted Emily so badly. I mean, I understood why he did it, i.e. to protect Emily, but still didn't like it. Since I felt like, all this pain would be avoided if he would have told her the whole truth and will not lead to the later events that would happen. During those times, I felt like I was sucked into the story, and was feeling how Emily was feeling and no joke, it actually hurts. I was feeling her heart-break gradually and my tears couldn't stop, so yeah, during those times I really didn't like Jacob for putting her through all that. I was like: "Emily, once this is over, don't forgive Jacob so easily", and here's the thing, I am usually someone who looks at both sides pov, but this time, I felt like what happened I am more leaning towards Emily because I didn't agree to Jacob's actions. That without saying, I will revealed that he is still loyal to Emily and he's the woman he's ever going to love in his life. But.... The pain and GOD torture! Anyways, there are also moments I really love in this novel, so yeah, I will recommend this novel if you're not afraid of these dramas for all said! I do love Jacob and Emily on my end. I also love their kids. And I especially adore Beryl and Dylan's relationship in this. If there's going to be a sequel that features a spin off for Beryl (Jacob and Emily's daughter) with Dylan (David and Rita's son), I will read it on my end <3

So I totally abandoned this book at about chapter 1234. It started off great and I managed to find it on a site that I have a monthly subscription to. I was willing to over look the repetitive use of the memory loss and kidnapping, however, around Ch 1200 things started going south. I’m not sure if the author was having issues keeping characters and storyline straight or the translators were, but It devolved into a big mess. I just couldn’t do it anymore, especially since the update I got this morning said it was chapter 1438 or something.

I am going to consider this finished. I read more than enough to count. Did not want to pay for 100s of additional chapters. Although the story kept my interest, it really was like a never ending soap opera.

Great story

I love everything about the story. 2 man in her life and she doesn’t even know which one she like the most becomes more interesting to read.

Good story

Even tho the translation makes it look like a child has wrote it, this isn't a bad book. And leaves you wanting more

Nice

I’m enjoying it so far. The translation is not bad at all. I hope Jacob can get Emily. I don’t like Jack!!! At all.
