Spiritual Warfare without the Spiritual Weirdness: A Bible Study on Spiritual Warfare and the Armor of God

Rate this book
There are a lot of crazy weird teachings about spiritual warfare out there that are based on a total misunderstanding of what the Bible teaches. You have probably read a lot of those books. They give the impression that spiritual warfare is an esoteric experience reserved for the super spiritual elite, and as a result, many Christians are reluctant to delve into spiritual warfare.Spiritual Warfare without the Spiritual Weirdness is a free spiritual warfare book for anyone serious about understanding what the BIBLE teaches about spiritual warfare. If you feel something is just not right about what popular authors are teaching about spiritual warfare, then this book is for you.We explain all the scriptures on spiritual warfare, the armor of God, strongholds and the wiles of the devil; and we show you that spiritual warfare is something that every Christian could and should be involved in. Most of all, it is not weird and super-spiritual.True warfare is about using the weapons God gave you (the armor of God) to pull down strongholds in your mind. There is a strong chance that you are living a defeated life because there is some element of Biblical truth that you have not fully grasped deep in your spirit. True warfare is about replacing your wrong thinking with scriptural thinking. This alone can give you the victory you seek.Spiritual Warfare without the Spiritual Weirdness shows you how to pray, how to identify strategies of the devil, how to identify strongholds, and how to pull them down; and it is based solely on the Bible. We pray that it will be a tremendous blessing to you.

This book takes the various ideas and beliefs regarding spiritual warfare and breaks them down into what is Biblical and what is not. It talks about the armor of God and the practical application. Cheddie addresses strongholds, what they are, what causes them and how to get rid of them. So much the spiritual is about what is going on in our mind and our thought processes.

Spiritual Warfare without the Spiritual Weirdness has some great insights. I recommend it to those who are wondering about spiritual warfare.

I bought this book and this is my honest and unbiased review.

The Truth shall set us free

I highly recommend this book to every Christian. The longer you've been a Christian, the more you need to read this. The Truth is spelled out so simply. Really opened my eyes.
However, at times it felt like an ad for another book the author has written. But hey, it was a freebie.

Excellent Refresher!

As a totally BLIND Christian reader, via text-to-speech, I found this book comforting in helping me understand why I lost my vision after enduring years of terrorism! I began armoring myself with God's Armor, weeks before downloading this great book! Great use of English language grammar & vocabulary! Easy to understand! An excellent read!

There is nothing new in this book...

...if you have read and know your Bible. On the other hand, if you have relied on second hand information about prayer and spiritual warfare, even from some of the most famous Bible teachers, you will find this book to be a new revelation, refreshingly honest, down to earth and full of sound teaching.

Book review

A short read but still quite in-depth with information, with well supportive scriptural references. I enjoyed it, I learned from it and would definitely refer it to my friends. Good job 👍!

An interesting book for Christians and others to read but there are too many literalist/ fundamentalist errors to be taken as all truth.
