This book is a great resource! The photos and explanation of exercises is truly helpful for anyone wishing to start exercising- either from the beginning or for the person looking to up their game. The pregnancy chapters along with photos allow expectant moms to see modified exercises and stress the importance of daily exercise for both mom and baby.
