Act Two by Tamsin Flowers was HOT, short and dirty! Well done.
Canoe by Annabeth Leongwas a good story.
Lezbozo and the Clown by Allison Wonderland was not my thing. I didn't finish the story. The writing style reminded me of Dr. Seuss and that isn't an image I want when reading erotica.
Tryst by Katya Harris was a fun story.
Stepping Stone by Harper Bliss was damn HOT! There is a reason that Harper is one of my favorite authors.
LadyLit is back again with more naughtiness! Five authors bring you all outdoor, sexy, lusty tales. In Act 2 Tasmin Flowers has two opera stars singing a new song in this hot little number. During a canoe trip a woman helps her lover overcome the the trauma of an old HS would be girlfriend in Canoe by Annabeth Leong. Lesbozo the clown is a very rhyming coming of age story. Very Allison Wonderland! Next Kayta Harris debuts her erotic Tryst. Here she tells of two naughty young women amusing each other during the dull speeches at a wedding. And lastly comes Harper bliss with Stepping Stone. A teacher and a last year student share the woods with each other, could it be that teacher is learning something from her student? This is a most memorable tribute to summer!
As always, another great collection of lesbian erotica from Ladylit Publishing.
Act Two by Tamsin Flowers: I really enjoyed this story. I appreciated the fact that Tamsin could portray such intricate and different characters in such a short amount of time and I really enjoyed the drama :)
Canoe by Annabeth Leong: This was my second favorite story in the collection. I found it totally realistic and I absolutely loved that the MC loved her girlfriend so much that she was trying things she definitely wouldn't have chosen to do on her ow,n except that she wanted to help her GF through some past stuff. Great relationship stuff here.
Lezbozo and the Clown by Allison Wonderland: So I'm not gonna lie, this one was a little weird for me. I actually really loved the story about a girl not willing to come out while in high school while secretly being in love with her best friend, who also happened to come out in 8th grade. The weirdness for me was the style of writing and the use of Grease quotes with different words input to make the dialogue more "lesbo".
Tryst by Katya Harris: This story was very hot to me. I love the idea of "forced orgasm" especially in a setting where the person cannot let out any sort of inclination what is being done to them. Our MC didn't really seem to have too much of an issue either ;)
Stepping Stone by Harper Bliss: My favorite story in this collection. It was a little bit taboo, a little bit romantic, and a whole lotta hot! Dammit, I love you Harper!
Thank you to Ladylit Publishing for providing this arc in exchange for my honest review.
4 stars. I genuinely enjoyed all of the stories in this except for one which was ‘Lezbozo and the Clown’ it was just so out of place and I wasn’t entertained by the painfully cringey humor. For my favorite it was definitely ’Stepping Stone’ by Harper Bliss whom I adore. Overall a really fun and sexy collection.
A wonderful assortment of erotic presence in natural settings, whew! Read these in some privacy for a "hot break" on a not so hot day. If you enjoy this sort of thing, you'll be glad you read them.
You know you're in a safe pair of hands when Harper Bliss has contributed a story. However not one of my favourites by Bliss and I really didn't like one of the other entries. Still a solid read overall if you like anthologies and the 'outdoor' element is interpreted creatively. Ultimately, though there have been other anthologies I enjoyed much more. Solid but not outstanding.
