At the beginning there were four best friends. One by one they started dropping like flies, getting married, finding love and moving away. Leslie was the only one left. She started her own divorce firm to do what she does best, be a great lawyer.
After realized that she may just want what her besties have, a steady man instead of one night stands she throws herself back into work. Until he walks in looking for a divorce from his unbalances, drug addicted, unfit mother of a wife. What she doesn’t want is the immediate attraction with one look in his eyes, what she doesn’t need is to fall for a client and all the crap that can come with it. But fate doesn’t care what you want.
Leslie’s story is a wonderful tale of what not to do when you are falling in love, but everything that is perfect when you let your heart take over and just run with it. I LOVE M.S Parker and every one of her books. She just keeps getting better and better.

If you have read all of my other reviews for the Club Prive series and the women who capture the mens hearts, then you will know I love each of the women's stories to no end but Leslie and Paxton's story I think will take the cake as my most favorite.
Leslie and Paxton have instant attraction and cross the line of lawyer and client to lovers very quickly and Leslie just as easily falls for Carter, Paxton's daughter, she has got to be the cutest little girl in the history of MS Parkers books. This series was amazing, it keep me on the edge of my seat waiting for the other shoe to drop so to speak. There was so much suspense in this book that you will be glad that it comes in one whole box set so that you don't have to wait for the next book to come out when the cliff hanger ending comes.
Read Leslie and Paxton's story for a series that will pull at your heartstrings, rip your heart to shreds and then put it back together again. LOVED every word in this series.

Arc review for honest review. You will get two great well written stories that you will not regrets to buy. If you never read this author you just came across a awesome writer. the first story is of Leslie and paxton. Leslie is a divorce/child lawyer she helping paxton get custody of his kids and divorce but his wife needs help from herself and drugs read their story .the second one is another great story of Gabriel and Edward . she finds herself in some sticky matters of the heart with two brothers see the their story .enjoy

Sex, drugs and Rock & Roll romance
Series four of the Club Privé box sets and it’s now Leslie’s turn. If you haven’t already read the previous Club Privé series then I strongly suggest that you do because you will then understand a lot more about each of the characters and what they represent to the story and each other. They are also fantastic reads, so you won’t regret it.
So…. The red-headed fiery vixen that is hotshot divorce lawyer Leslie finally gets her own story. Ok spoiler alert… she is that last of the group of four friends to pair off and it’s fair to say that she is feeling a little out of it. As each of her friends start buildings their own lives and moving away into their own legal careers, she often finds herself contemplating what she wants in life. Before her friends started to settle down, they’d made a formidable foursome of hungry, talented and ambitious lawyers with a strong head for justice but an even stronger passion for fun and great sex!
Now, whenever she is with her friends and their new partners, she feels like a third wheel. It’s not that she begrudges them for finding their happily ever after a… but the realisation hits her. Does she want what they have or is she destined for a life of perpetual one night stands or brief flings.
That all changes however, when she is approached by the insanely gorgeous, sex-on-a-stick, seriously hot rock star, Paxton Gorham. He’s in need of a good divorce lawyer to put an end to his disastrous marriage and keep his daughter safe from the harm that his reckless and strung-out wife could do to their child. His wife is slipping further and further into the murky depths of drug abuse, and often places their 6yr old daughter, the adorable Carter into terrible danger.
Of course, Leslie is perfect for the job, but from the moment they meet the unprofessional thoughts start to stir and Leslie isn’t sure whether she will be able to keep their relationship strictly business. Paxton knows his marriage is over and the feelings he has for Leslie price that what he feels could be so much more… but his impending divorce could be the beginning of the for this hot couple when Pax’s wife Brinke notices the distance Pax is trying to put between them. Things are about to get dirty.
As the dire situation rapidly becomes clear, it is a race against time to gain the evidence needed for Paxton to be awarded custody and be granted the divorce he so desperately needs… but sending her life going into a drug induced free fall, Brinke starts playing games and throwing accusations that lead to major potholes. Unhinged and dangerous, Brinke’s addictions place their daughter in serious harm. The clock is ticking, but will they manage to convince the legal system that Paxton is a good father?
The other issue of course is their relationship. He is her client and they both know that they shouldn’t be together, but the pull between them is far too strong. Unfortunately, when the legal claws are bared by Brinke’s sleazy lawyer the threat to her career looms over their relationship. Can they win? Or will they have to sacrifice their love to keep the ethic committee away?
I have to admit, from the other books I didn’t know if I was going to like Leslie as she’s very hot-headed, career driven and abrupt… but the darkly brooding sex-rock god is more than match for this bombshell. He is hard, serious and focused to the public, but when he’s with his little girl, he is sweet, soft and caring. He’s frankly adorable and that’s what endears him to Leslie even more… the love and commitment he shows to Carter absolutely melts her. And I have to admit… me too!
Great series. Really enjoyed it… but I want more…. The ending was kind of short and there was no epilogue as such. I hope we get to find out if they get their happily ever after in the next series.

This box set is beyond great.
Book 1
This is the story of Paxton & Leslie. Paxton is in a band. He is married, but the relationship is horrible. He also has a little girl. Leslie is a divorce lawyer who is self-employed. Paxton hires Leslie to get a divorce. Of course, it’s instant attraction. Leslie hires a private investigator because Paxton wants full custody. Leslie has all the evidence she needs. Then things get out of control, in more ways than one. This book is left in a cliffhanger. Moving on to Book 2.

This is the continuing story of Paxton & Leslie. Everything that goes on this book is intense and stressful. There are steamy parts, also. There are things that come out in court by Paxton about his wife, and Leslie works her magic in court, but it backfires. Then there is another cliffhanger, which is a shocker. Moving on to Book 3.
Book 3
Continuing on with story of Paxton & Leslie. This ongoing story just gets better and better. Little by little, everything gets worse and worse quickly, revolving around all parties involved. Paxton and Leslie have to do the one thing they don’t want to do, but it’s for the best. Another cliffhanger. Moving on to Book 4.

Continuing on with the story of Paxton & Leslie. The worst scenario happens in this book. The suspense is off the charts. The steps to resolve it all is exhausting to the characters. Other characters are intertwined in this book, also. When all is said and done on the legal end by Leslie, it is hard to convince Paxton how he really feels. Being pulled back and forth by him was heartbreaking. But there is a happy ending after all. Looking forward to more of M.S. Parker’s books.

A Legal Affair deals with multiple issues all of which can be emotionally charged.
Leslie has opened her own law firm. Her business is picking up to a point that she is seriously needing help before she drowns in paperwork and stress. Just as Leslie is narrowing down resumes a possible new client wanders in. When he raises his sunglasses, she recognizes him and knows this is not going to be her typical divorce case.
Paxton has been putting this decision off for too long. Now he feels like he doesn’t has a choice. It choice isn’t just for him but to ensure the safety of his daughter. He did his research on lawyers and this one has everything he was looking for. He goes to the office to have a consultation, as he is leaving he realizes this is not going to be as quick and easy as he was hoping for.

Can they keep away from each other and deal with what they need to, or will they let their emotions take over and both lose their heads, at a time when they need to be sensible? A fantastic boxset to read. If you want to lose yourself for a few hours in a good book, then you won't be disappointed.

Action all round
I have enjoyed reading all if the Club Price boxed sets,. They all inter merge, you keep uo to dare with all characters, Gavin and Caarie being my favourites, although the rest come a close second. Strong believable characters, you get in depth insights into what makes them tick, engrossed with their feelings and captivated from start to finish. These books are Definately worth reading.

Unmistakably steamy and heartbreaking
This is the next to last in this series and unlike the other series. So hot and steamy! Whooo like they are energized! Then there is the sad and heartbreaking parts. Brings tears to your eyes. Love all the characters making an appearance. Only wish for more chapters with a better ending. Regardless great book.

It’s complete
The story is about a rockstar and a lawyer. It’s beautiful and a must read for those who have read the first three, but if you haven’t already read the others it’s okay too. I love it and on to the next one.

M. S. Parker always writes a good book. This one was no exception. It was great! I look forward to reading the next one in the series. Nice story about a divorce layer and her famous rock star client.

All the potential in the world, the developing storyline was interesting and had the makes of a wonderful novel; however, I never could become engaged with my attention fully invested. I will definitely have to give this story another try later on.

Book 1
With Leslie feeling left out since all her friends has found happiness and she wants nothing more to find someone who will make her happy. When Paxton comes into her office she can't help but gawk at him, but he's married, but that's about to change. Paxton has had enough of his wife Brinke partying ways and when it affects their daughter Carter enough is enough. But what happens at the end will have u wanting to find out what is gonna happen next.
Book 2
With Brinke taking Carter, it's Paxton worse nightmare. Leslie is trying to help but he lashes out at her and blames her. She knows he's upset but it still hurts. Paxton knows what he says was wrong and needs to apologize to her. With them finally having a reason to go to the judge, they make their case and have to wait which doesn't sit well with Paxton. When Leslie gets a call from Paxton saying the cops have Carter and Brinke it's now a bigger mess then ever. Will Lesliebe able to help Paxton get his daughter back? Can't wait to read what happens next

When new evidence comes to light Leslie thinks they have a shot but it's what Brinke lawyers says that could change everything even for her. Since getting involved with a client is wrong but she couldn't resist Paxton. The best thing to do is keep their relationship professional and Paxton ends it for the sake of getting his daughter.

OMG! What an awesome story by MS Parker. Leslie has been feeling like she no longer belongs anywhere since her friends have all now partnered up with husbands/wives/ and or boyfriends/girlfriends. They all seem to be happy except Leslie until…he comes into her life. When Paxton comes into her office, it’s like her entire body comes alive and she wants him but he is married. He is coming to her to get her help to make that change—he is a rock god, he has a beloved daughter who he wants to keep safe. There is 4 books in 1 huge series. We get to see what happens when Paxton and Leslie try to fight the feelings for each other while Leslie is handling his divorce.
There are ups and there are horrible downs for Leslie while she is fighting for Paxton, helping him get the divorce and to help him retain custody of his daughter. The angst and drama is enough to keep me on my toes reading this story. I do wish though, that Paxton did more to make up for the pain he did make Leslie suffer but its all water under the bridge. The ending is great and I hope we get to see more of Paxton and Leslie down the road. Also there is a bonus story included of A Legal Affair.

First let me say if you read the Club Prive Boxed Set then read these series in this order Chasing Perfection Boxed Set, Unlawful Attraction Boxed Set and A Legal Affair Boxed Set. If you read out of order it does not hurt much, there are small spoilers if read out of order. I really enjoyed all these series they were fun, hot and a little suspense thrown in for good measure. This series made me laugh and cry. Paxton has his hands full trying divorce his wife and raise his daughter. When he goes looking for a divorce lawyer in walks Leslie and fireworks go off. Leslie is the last of her friends that is single she is not looking for a relationship. Well needless to say there is all sorts of issues for Paxton and Leslie. I will miss all these women Carrie, Krissy, Dena and Leslie. They are all tough, independent and fun women. M.S. Parker does a good job of writing from both points of view. I like when authors do this because if fills in some of areas that would be missed if written from one point of view. M.S. Parker did a good job of bringing all the women's stories to an end. In my opinion if you read Club Prive then read all the other series. If you did not read Club Prive then I recommend starting with that and read the rest, I believe they are worth reading.

I absolutely loved Leslie and Paxton's story! This was a such a great read and I highly recommend it.
Leslie feels like the odd person out with her friends finding love while she's still living the single life. Her private practice as is picking up but still feels like her life is missing something. She meets Paxton and while she's secretly undressing him with her eyes, she has to constantly remind herself to maintain professionalism. Then one night, Paxton shows how just much how much he wants Leslie and she gives into what she's wanted all along. Paxton is trying to sort things out with his soon-to-be ex-wife Brinke, when she disappears with their daughter. Brinke clearly has a problem and doesn't want to come to terms with it. After several attempts by Paxton to get Brinke to bring his daughter back and get her the help she needs, she makes things even more difficult for Paxton. Will Leslie and Paxton overcome all of the obstacles to give into what is clear attraction between them and win the battle to gain full custody of his daughter?
